Nice! I like the simple straight forward design. To prevent the bending of the lower base plate you could stiffen it with a wooden beam along the edge. This would improve the responsiveness of your system.
Hi, congratulations by your well made project. Why are you using two Moto Monster? Just one doesn't work for the two motors? Does it work smooth on flight simulators? Thank you very much.
Hi, thanks! I did try 1 Moto Monster for both motors, but they are so powerful that it didn't work out. These motors make so high current spikes even with relatively low overall power that Moto Monster will shut down because of some protection. Flight sims work also.
Heave you got, Sway you dont. Your horizontal movement is weak in my POV. I have a 2dof seat mover. The issue with the platform approach is the lateral movement is lessened when the actuators/motors are in the front. The weight balance is easier on the motors but I think it lessens the experience.
I tried different sway settings and I liked this the most, thought it is set up to be pretty weak. It does have sway, check 1:05 on the video. Lateral movement is lessened with motors so far from the pivot point, but it could be controlled to match longitudial movement. My seat is so high from the pivot point that everything feels little stronger, also all the looseness of the setup which is the biggest weakness imo.
All on what you like. I still say 2 more motors with inverse polarity on the rear would improve your feel greatly. I have built about 3 now so I have some experience but enjoy what you got.
Grazie
+Nick Moxley Have a look on youtube, there's a guy in a 3 RAM hydraulic unit,he's running F1 20xx or similar, but is using "bumper or nosecone" view,he's wearing a 4point harness for good reason,it bucks from nose down at about 40 degrees incline to nose up at about 60degrees!!! Hilarious to watch. It yaws side to side and pitch rolls too!
Can you make a video on how you build this I want to make one

thinking of mounting my open-wheeler to something similar to this. this amount of motion and my vive should convince my brain 99% of the way lol
you always see these videos but never one on how to build them and the process of getting them to work.
Great!! How much money cost these parts? Thanks
excellent what motors do you use? how much weight do they hold?
what program did you use and how do i program it
Near the bottom and to the left a bit there are 4 connectors? Anybody know what are those called? Thanks for any help.
did you have to build the u joint or just bought it? if you bought it, where?
I'm impressed and very interested in this project. Is it possible to have an exhaustive list of the equipment used ? Thank you. :)
My suggestion would be to add 2 more motors set to inverse in the rear mirroring those in the front.
Hi,i guess i have to write a code to make this work, could you help me?
Can i have yours or some help to write it down?
Nice job its totaly great. Can you give me the partlist and plan how to make my own.Im from Philippines
Hi I need this one full set can you supply me
whats the bracket to hold the shifter? where did you buy it? website?
nice
wThanks for the share...whats the approx parts price in total?
awesome built...!

please answer me whats the price for this
Hi, congratulations on your great project! I want to make one for airplane simulator, you can tell me the links you purchase all materials? Thank you!
Where did you buy the engines?
Can I use the two right hand side motors without modifying them?
+Ryuuken24 Yes, but you might have to install them differently.
Qual motor voce usa?
great i guess you know something about electronics or where you find the instructions :)
Hello friends, I have a detailed production process, I do not know some of the software on the knowledge! Any words can share it thank you!
on the knowledge?
Gracias

Congrats, you project is near perfect efects, no much rumble and slices, like real feel.
