With the replacement, will the seat belt tensioner and everything work as original?

As long as you replace it with a 'good' belt and not one that is blown it will work. You will need to clear the airbag code for the blown belt as well.

Thanks. How did you resolve the problem with seatbelt height adjusters being stuck in the top position?

I think if I remember correctly I had to replace the part that controls the seat belt height - 958 803 819 00
