In 2018 Mike Locksley came in after a relatively good fill in job by coach Matt Canada with the loss of Jordan McNair.
The team was ready to quit and transfer out but Lox changed hearts and minds.
Then COVID hit and all footing he was getting was abruptly taken away.
Since then he has gone 23-16, won 3 bowl games against named and solid competition in Virginia Tech, NC State and Auburn.
Yes we dropped a couple games we should have won but outside of Penn State we have made it a game with OSU and Michigan the last two years.
I feel we are going to surprise this year and what that is I don't know.
