    I’ve lots of respect for people that can do that. To help them to run so far every day with minimal damage they would have to
    - keep the intensity low and in the aerobic zone. Then it isn’t so damaging on the body.
    - prepare by training appropriately for many weeks beforehand.
    - be vigilant with rest, recovery and refuelling during, before and after each day
    - have a period of rest and recovery after they’ve finished the total event
