Good luck buddy that's my retirement plan lol no joke, right now I do small events for people by just word of mouth I just do the meat what ever they want mainly around holidays or wedding reception super bowl ECT lol most of the time I get paid in beer or just like 50 percent over what all the supplies cost or I get free meat. I'm not trying to make money right now just build my reputation for good bbq. I can't wait till I can retire in a few years and have time to do what your doing I pray for you to be blessed in this my friend God bless buddy! Your gonna rock!

Dang dude…most dudes pull the pork shoulder bone and go on and on about the clean pull. U, my friend, just yank that sucker and proceed to use it to “pull” the pork. Never seen that done that way. So awesome. Wish I could try that food. It looked amazing.

Quick question brotha, what temp do you rest your meats at in the warmer? And do you rest all of your cuts for the same amount of time or no?
Yes all meats I rest @145 to 155 F

The bbq looks great. Hey bro do you need to get a license or permit to be able to sell bbq?
It's called a kitchen license, but here in california, there is no need for that, lol they passed some law saying that you can sell any type of food wherever you want, aka sidewalk vendors and not get any fines while selling your food hopefully this helps
