I searched out this video because Dankpods opened an Apple Newton.
I had a Newton for a while. It was fun. I enjoyed telling people later on as they flashed their Palm devices, that i was involved in R&D for those :)

I think mostly because the technology lacked behind the vision for the product. I can imagine most of these features didn't work very well, even if they had the right idea. The early internet of the 1990's was a lot like that also.
