Technically, yes.
This is a TAS (tool assisted speedrun), where someone will play the game with frame-by-frame control, savestates, memory viewer, etc. Then they run the game with the recorded inputs.

I don't know why this game gets so much praise. I mean, it's 1990 alright, but good god is it boring af...
Good for insomnia, though. It's very unlikely you'll get past stage 3 without falling asleep in the process.
