    I absolutely love these! I punch circles out of my Kleenex box tops. I think I would only have to add pretty paper on each side and it would be lovely and thick. Oh, and your purple mat...I am so needing one of those!!!!!

      Yes, definitely! That sounds like they'd be an ideal thickness for these - lots of fun to make a whole bunch 🤩💖

    These are cute. This is the first time watching and you did a great job with the step by step. Just wish you would have shown how to do the eyelets.

    • @houseofmahalo
      @houseofmahalo  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much; I'm glad you like them. Ahh sorry about that; I really appreciate your feedback though 🤗 If it helps, I used my crop-a-dile to do the eyelets and they're the small 1/8-inch sized ones. But I'll definitely make sure to do eyelets on future videos; I just wasn't sure if anyone would want to watch that part. But now I know, so thank you for letting me know you would've liked to see that part 💖💖

    Love this idea, Justine! Turned out great. I had never heard of that pebeo studio acrylic gel. Since I hate modpodge, this looks like it might be worth a try.

    • @houseofmahalo
      @houseofmahalo  Год назад +1

      Oh for sure! This stuff is way better than mod podge - I hated how sticky mod podge felt long after it had tried. You don't get that with this stuff at all 😊💖

      @@houseofmahalo Well, well, I am watching AGAIN! LOL I guess I forgot about this. Glad you put it in your email. I have since purchased the Pebeo and like it a lot. So, thanks for that idea. Next, I have a question. I saw someone, maybe ArtyMaze, make something similar using a UV lamp - the kind used for nails. Have you seen that or tried it?

    • @houseofmahalo
      @houseofmahalo  9 месяцев назад

      @@JeanneJordanexteach Hehe, and this is exactly why I wanted to do the Forget Me Not Friday series! It's so fun to look back on old ideas as a reminder 🤩 Hmm, that's interesting! I haven't tried that... was she using it to dry stuff? I sometimes borrow my husband's heat-drying tool; it's just a basic thing, but it works well when I need to dry stuff quickly during videos or whatever. Is that what you meant? :)

    • @JeanneJordanexteach
      @JeanneJordanexteach 9 месяцев назад

      @@houseofmahalo - No, I don't mean a heat tool. I'll email you. You will be surprised and interested to see this I think.😁

    Really cute little charms Justine! Thanks for sharing. Did you know there is an applicator in the lid of your gilding polish? I have only worked that out for myself recently. Lol xx

      Thank you so much! I'm glad you like them 😀💖 Do you get on okay with the applicator? I was worried I'd be even more heavy handed with it than my fingers lol xoxo

    • @PaperInspirationsAU
      @PaperInspirationsAU Год назад

      @@houseofmahalo not particularly. I only ever use it on bigger surfaces. I prefer to use the tip of my finger too. X

    These qre really adorable! Did you fill that tiny glue bottle with your own glue or did it come with glue?

    • @houseofmahalo
      @houseofmahalo  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much! I'm glad you like them 🤩💖 And yep, I fill it up from my large Art Glitter Glue bottle (it's a bit cheaper that way), but it does take a slow and steady hand to not have it go everywhere. I learned that the hard way the first time 😅💖
