wow look these girls doing bundles they are beautiful Here in Brazil it is now winter today I chipped wood for my stove and toasted some pine nuts pine nuts are the fruits of the pine trees here in my region
I would ask Granpa to make a few more of the plastic bundling tubes so you could do six or so at a time. You’d be surprised how much more efficient doing multiples increases production.
Even if the profit margin is low you get the company name out there and word of mouth is great advertising. Great job ladies thank you for sharing.👍♥️♥️
This place is so beautiful that it looks like a place to take pictures and use on Windows or any other platform. I hope one day to get to know your country.
Those are some great looking bundles; larger than what I see here in Missouri. To maximize profits, you might be able to cut down the number of times you are handling the wood. Maybe take your bagging station down to the initial pile of firewood and bag it there …. Saves steps, reduces the amount of times each stick of wood has to be handled, which should reduce the amount of time to make a load. Of course, only one delivery driver is needed also. But this video probably brings in more revenue than the load of wood does. I’m enjoying learning about small sawmills and their products. I have loggers working on our Missouri Ozarks property right now, harvesting white oak, red oak, eastern red cedar, and others. The best white oak is going to be made into whiskey barrels.
I don't think they have two people delivering when the camera is not on. I hope they take some of our work reduction ideas to heart. More then one comment is trying to get them to analyze how much effort they put into a job is really wasted effort. There is something to be said for just getting the job done, but they have been doing this long enough to be looking to reduce the number of steps it takes to make these firewood bundles. I like the white oak going to whiskey barrels!
So cute. They act like .... sisters!! Hey, Ladies the quality of the video production has improved greatly over the year or two I've followed. Keep up the good work.
Firewood sales to a home used in home heating may have some connection to electricity and oil prices. However these bundles have more to do with camping or other activities and would have little correlation to electricity and oil prices.
You’re such a good demo of work ethic with so many followers, who will have seen you with no seat belt young lady! Please do the right thing and set another good example and you might just save someone’s life! Cheers
Wow You guys are amazing ,bravo and keep up the great content . Oh all most forgot ,OMG your eyes ,both of you have the most beautiful set of eyes I've ever seen. I believe close up pics of those eyes both together will rattle or blow up the net .Good luck and hope to see pics soon . Cheers from Canada
I have been using the netting after seeing them on Allan family firewood. I believe it is just as fast as the wrap. I use a 15 gallon plastic drum with the ends cut off. I use 2 hog rings on one end. I then just throw 12-13 pieces of wood in. No worry about the prices of wood being perfectly stacked, you can also get away with the firewood not being the perfect shape. The 15 gallon drum is oversize so you can literally just throw the wood in. Then I just tie a knot leaving the extra for a handle. I cut them at 42 inches. I would say I can make them in under a minute, that includes putting the tag on
I like the handle on the bundles, it makes it way easier to carry when you are carrying other items. The grocery store where I sometimes grab a bundle is poorly shrink wrapped and hard to carry
Got the wood to pack. Bundled like they were coming off the track. No, you don't need a pile it license to make it work. But it makes high sense and some perks. Doing it by the bundle. We think it's kind of fun, though. Convenience is the key. Packing them one, two, three. So get your firewood. It warms up your feelings good.
Dog: "Get in, I'll give you a ride"🤣. These places have the special places for that firewood. An interesting way to drive a car with opened door.🙂 (Hi from Belarus. Harry Davidson).
It'd be great if you had a way to bundle the firewood as it comes right off the splitter. Ask Grandpa if he can think of a way. Maybe it only needs banding if it fell right into a "bundling jig" ???
After almost 20 years operating excavators, my dream is to have logs delivered to my yard and I would just chop and cut firewood for the next 20 years. Aim for the stars
Did you forget something Jade? You still have your ear protection on silly girl. LOL! Another great video as always. Hope you had a wonderful evening. Hi Emerald.
We have a lot of camp grounds in our area and there are a lot of places selling those small bundles of fire wood. Most camp grounds do not allow people to go into the wooded areas and cut down trees.
A possible way to make producing the bundles more efficient?: If you have use of 2 trucks available (or one truck and a trailer, for example), you could take the wood directly from the supply truck into the bundler, then right into the delivery truck (or trailer). Park both the wood supply and delivery vehicles right beside each other, and put the bundler right in-between. It could be set up to require basically only one step to travel between those 3 points. Looking good, Ladies!
Thanks for the upload, great vid. What is that netting, would love to get some of that! Looked and listened for a product name but didn't catch one. Just to think about ... Every time the wood is moved it takes time and effort If other factors are not a problem it might be less time and effort to net next to the car or when selecting wood - straight into a net, into the ute once ... deliver and take it out once … done - time for snackies! Cheers d
I just love your channel. I worked with wood for 55 years. So anything wood is soothing to me. Great content!
Attention to quality even at the expense of profit is unbelievably admirable.
Good to see Jade in chauffeuse mode, she is just as confident and competent a driver as Emerald is

All wood burns. Doesn’t matter how pretty each piece is as long as in fits in the bundle. Also great content, love your stuff.

The sped-up montage of bagging was worth the watch. 😊

Thank you for the visit!
Emerald, you’re a natural engineer! Always timing the process and noting what works and where you can make a change to improve efficiency
Emerald and Jade need to work on cutting down on the over handling of the firewood.
My two favorite ladies🎉
I wonder if firewood sales are connected to electricity and oil prices?

I hope you had a good holiday weekend!! I hope you went someplace as a family to get a change of scenery.
0:54 - shots fired.
I knew Pennsylvania was beautiful but didn't knew it more beautiful. I live in Amish capital people figure it out.
One is never tired of watching such beauties

Your famous . Celebrities now 😊
Also i wouldn't waste the bag material for a Handle, 9 out of 10 can carry the bundle, Great Job.
Awesome camera placement !! 👍👍💝💝🌹😘

Hi Jade & Emerald & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Jade & Emerald & Friends Randy
MOM got 2 beautiful ladies, Jade looks like her mother
After almost 20 years operating excavators, my dream is to have logs delivered to my yard and I would just chop and cut firewood for the next 20 years. Aim for the stars
Talk to Mike Morgan. Works for him 😊😊
Did you forget something Jade? You still have your ear protection on silly girl. LOL! Another great video as always. Hope you had a wonderful evening. Hi Emerald.
Awesome!!!
Oh Jade, you are like pure Emerald
I can see how much you guys love making these bundles and delivering them lolz
In an ideal world the bundling would take place at the splitter so you could eliminate the loading the truck and unloading and stacking
Just got "The Emperor's Handbook" by Marcus Aurelius from the library. Apparently it is a newer translation of "Meditations"
Kinda warm to need for firewood but if people are buying sell your heart out😉
Probably people on vacation camping would buy them.
We have a lot of camp grounds in our area and there are a lot of places selling those small bundles of fire wood. Most camp grounds do not allow people to go into the wooded areas and cut down trees.
Hardwood for smokers :)
Many people cook on wood fired grills out in the country . I gives the food a much better flavor than charcoal and lighter fluid ?
Our pine trees here produce this fruit, it is very tasty.
Máte moc krásná videa 🙂

Interesting idea!! I like that!!! That would definitely reduce some of the over handling of the firewood.
The thing that takes the time is growing the trees.
Love you videos!!!!!
Thanks for the upload, great vid.
