I have started areca cultivation from October of this year, 2022. Before planting, I've dug up to 2', mixed cow dug manure and Bevin hindi in soil. As far as I know, I'm the first person entering this field. I will follow your guidelines. I'll be happy, to attend training classes, practical explanations, literature on the subject and any guidelines.
Starting areca cultivation from scratch must be quite the journey. It sounds like you're putting in solid groundwork with the 2-foot deep holes and the nutrient mix. I don't prefer Mangala or shubamangala plants, they don't withstand the heavy rain and wind after growing 15ft as plants aren't strong. I do have areca plantation and for long run these plants are not good especially in regions which has heavy wind.

Expenses increase year by year if disease hits the plantation 🙏 Farm workers also ask more money than the actual pay for the same work 🙏 Workers must be paid for work per tree 🙏, that's a huge burden for small and medium size farmers 🙏
Would you please post a video like which farm is suitable in extreme drought regions like drought resistant trees drought resistant crops and so on . I'm requesting you to put a video as soon as possible .
Use hybrid it will yield fruits within 3 years, next year it will yield double,go on increasing fruits yield but there we need to provide protine for. Plan to give more fruits. But age will be only 3 to 40 years. Benifit will be 3 time than 100 years we use normal arica nuts.

No sir. In first year also we've to dry the Areca nut for 45-50 days. Weight will be same for first year or second year. But price varies
