I know this is hopelessly insufferable, but once yoga and meditation make sense, they are so good. Never saw the point until I had a bit of a crisis. Both were invaluable in helping me past said crisis, and helped me grow past where I was before the crisis even started, a process which continues to this day. Nowadays I'm grateful for having been through the whole thing for where I am now. That said, if you don't need them, don't bother!
Making the bed is lowest on my todo list. Other than it being an easy win, it serves no purpose for me. Studies have even shown that you should let your bed air out for as long as possible (especially if you sweat a lot at night, or you dont shower before bed). Reading, however, is an S tier for me. Anxiety management in the form of a nice distraction! Decluttering is A-tie, as clutter makes me nuts. Screen time shut down an hour or more before bed is also a vital A-tier.
Yeah, I agree with the no screens on bed. Before my wife I always had a TV in the bedroom. Initially I thought I'd really wanted a TV there but after getting used to not having a screen in the bedroom I noticed it improved my sleep.
I love how realistic you are with a lot of this stuff compared to a lot of other folks in the space. It definitely makes things feel more attainable. Liking the video anyway!
Sorry but I think you should show the "tier" list a lil bit more than half a sec. My experience watching the video was little bad because of this and you didn't even show the list in the end of the video...
Hi! Valid point. You might know already, so discard the following if that’s the case: There’s an overview of the list when you open the explanatory text of the video (more…) Also, when you open this introduction, on the bottom you’ll find transcripts which enable you to reread everything at your own pace.
I was surprised about the low rating of meditation... but considering the amount of consistent piano practice you do, I'm sure you're getting many of the positive effects.
Thanks for keeping your videos SIMPLE! Easy to understand but dont mind watching an 2nd and 3rd time to make notes1 Your ideas and simple mindsets on these actually work better.
Hey Joel, I have been watching your videos since a long time now I think getting your videos edited can help you gain more views and engagement 😊 I would love to discuss more in detail ❤

Don't make your bed in the morning. Leave it fully open. It needs to air out.
It can air out in 10 mI it’s or so, while you have coffee.
Yup….air out, then absolutely make the bed when getting ready for the day ‼️
