Lust a Little tip for reapplying unbreakable armor: use blood tap within the Makro, then u can go (after one minute exactly) UA with Blood tap (and ingi hands) just before pestilence, as the UA Makro with BT doesn’t have global cooldown! Works like a charm, huge damage improve
Another Frost dk main here, just tested subunholy myself over the weekend. So I noticed you weren’t giving into the grace period at all for some of your oblits, specifically the first set of frost/unholy runes that come up during the rotation. Obv you parsed extremely well, so is it better to just oblit as soon as it comes up or hit another frost strike to give another gcd to the rune grace period? I noticed a bit of down time a few times where another frost strike could have been used instead of waiting the 1-2seconds before your oblit is ready. But idk if consuming runic power there will lead to more downtime later on or if it is just different because I’m used to Frost/blood? Hope I made sense! And seriously, that’s some good shit, watched some of your other vids too.
Hi, well firstly, i didnt really play very well this kill. The rotation is messy at times as it was my frist sub uh kill and i was overly worried my disease would drop and made some mistakes. I should have spread out the oblits at least to Obli Obli FS Obli to make better use of KM procs. Going into grace is fine if you have KM proc and want to put one FS in, i have very low expertise at the moment so dodges happen rather frequently so i prefer using Obli asap not to drift my runes with a dodge. But really it wont matter too much in the long run. If you go into grace to use KM proc thats fine, probably tiny difference.
Love frost, the game play is so much better than UH cringe garg spec. Only downside is that you parsed 99 world 18 and that UH with 500 less dps prob parse a 80
haha yea, well it depends how you look at it.. yea he can chill a bit nad still do great dps.. but on the other hand its harder for him to hit those 99 while good guilds still stack UHs @@JayPlaysEverything
You should use Razorice on your mh and Fallen crus on your oh if not expertise capped (its small diference which hand is which but definitely use razorice on one of them)

You dont need to worry about melee hit cap you will pretty much always have enough.. For sub blood you dont worry about spell hit cap, for sub unholy you ideally want spell hit cap which is 11% + talent + raid buff = 17%. Expertise is 6.5 yes but you dont need it, just dont get over that number, making it useless.@@lautarette
I used sub unholy on this fight. Generally, as your gear gets better, sub unholy is slightly better on single target patchwerk style high uptime fights. Cleave fights or fights with lot of movement and downtime will always be better with sub blood. I wouldnt worry about sub unholy with early gear levels.

Im pretty sure you will do more with sub unholy yea.. one thing to check is spell hit cap.. The rotation is pretty tight and when you miss Pestilence your diseases will drop, you dont get to cast it twice or three time as you do with sub blood. So its a good idea to balance your gear to be on that spell hit cap, it can be a bit annoying if your current gear is lacking hit a bit. Arp is only worth it with near bis i think. You also lose some cleave dps with it so im not even switching till we finish progressing lk hc@@Twisterstone
@@Juicement yeh u right that u need nearly icc bis to worth it,i dont wanna drop blood/ Frost just wanna test out on fights like saurfang festergut....i have it as 2nd spec for now.atm i have too much hit coz using 277 shoulders with hit as offpiece ,so if i want I could get it spell cap with raid debuffs
@@Juicement 300 DPS upgrade through sim is pretty huge if u ask me though, sub-UH is 100% better in patchwerk fights but having still our blood sub rotation in our brains sometimes I forget to cancel blood tap aura xd and fk up my deathrunes sync
Define underperforming hard lol, its still 99 for ilvl and pretty much every rank above me has higher ilvl. I did make some rotation mistakes which cost me some dps tho yep.
Coz the glyph of pestilence makes it so that you refresh diseases on current target - therefore not having to use icy touch and plague strike, saving more runes.
