In 2023, I retired to Albania, as the cost of living in the U.K. and the US was no longer the culture in which I needed to thrive economically. These cultures were no longer in alignment with how I saw myself growing in my retirement. I decided to think of what I needed soulfully, economically, and physically...going forward. I have changed in very positive ways since then, as I loosely schedule each day with journaling, meditation, listening to music which I find uplifting, learning to cook Mediterranean dishes, making some new friends, and a little painting, and drawing. Thus far, I am happier, and more centered than I have been in many years. So grateful... I think that if you have been thinking about something that you would like to do in your life...go for it! You have the power to create that which you are inspired to do.

I normally start my day with a small connection prayer filled with gratitude. Im also becoming more mindful of what I buy and bring into my home. Clearing my home of things that I no longer need or want. Focus on healing and maintaining health. And aging gracefully. Have a wonderful festive season Margaret, and many blessings for the coming year ….

The one thing that caught my attention is reading and studying subjects that are not familiar to me. I was a book worm most of my life but I've slacked off in recent years. I need to make more effort in that field in 2025! THANKS!😊

Great topic. I don't think I measure exactly but I am fully aware that the clock is ticking and I'm trying to make the best of every minute I have. I wake up thankful to God, thankful I'm alive for another day and try to keep that attitude throughout the day.

I wake up and smile and say good morning! To myself in the mirror. I wash my face and then I do Wordle. Then i study german for 30 minutes.
Then after eating I watch YOU!
I knit and draw and practice penmanship.. Exercise. I have purposely developed habits that i enjoy and do. I enjoy making my bed daily. Drinking a glass of water upon waking.
