Here's the thing. Their second album is the same exact kind of twisted tale in a concept album with this kind of music But its also entirely different at the same time. The Generation of Danger is amazing and should go on your list immediately
So a great thing to note about Tallah, they try to never make anything in the studio that can’t be replicated live, their live shows are always a banger and I wholly recommend you check out their newest album if you enjoyed this one and the concept, Justin has a video of the whole concept on the Tallah channel and gives you a great understanding of the concept. I’m glad you gave these guys a shot, been with them for many years (since 2019) and I will continue to keep following their work!
Tallah! My current favorite band! I'm glad you're checking them out! Also, he does one takes on youtube. Check em out on your own time or whatever but they'll blow your mind. brah is a vocal Olympian
Fun fact, this album used to be an ep that had a few of these songs split up and divvied out over a small record. This album is the full version of that ep! Justin bonnitz wrote the original concept when auditioning for the band in the beginning, max portnoy told him to take the instrumentals and roll with it and do what he wanted for the lyrics, and so we got this absolutely goriphic gem that is matriphagy. (Matriphagy btw, is when an offspring kills and eats its mother in the insect kingdom!). Needless to say, justin and everyone in this band are complete legends, totally genius in their own rights!
Awesome reaction! I'm a huge fan of Tallah and glad you liked the album :) Where did you find the story for each song separately tho? I can't find it written anywhere :/
Arkardos, the viewer who requested the album personally wrote the whole thing and sent it to me on Discord lol. I believe he put it all together by watching interviews and things like that
Bonus fun fact (sorry if my comments get spammy, I have a veritable ocean of Tallah lore and trivia I could share), Placenta is the first song Tallah ever released.

I requested Matriphagy and we just listened to TGOD last week, should probably be up on the channel soon!

I really appreciate how much you get into the concept and the brutal, manic/depressive delivery of that concept in these reactions.
The second album is even more insane and twisted. For sure check that one out next. It's called "The Generation of Danger".
The reaction is up on RUclips already, check it out :)

Fun fact, Justin Bonitz, vocalist of Tallah, is my favorite musician of all time.
I took a short break from Tallah reactions. Good to see you're still commenting on these channels and boosting them in the algorithm. Good stuff vro
@@COLMUSIC603 As long as there's breath in my body, and I'm not homeless or comatose or something, I'm gonna keep at it.
@@evanblake5252 I remember you from comments on Tallah's official channel. Nice to see another super fan. ❤
