I once saw a DIY welder made from MOTs turn a 6013 into a deep penetration rod. It might be because they are wired in series and I bet it could penetrate heavy plate.

El electrodo 6013 punta azul es rutilico esta prohibido para sodadura.de recipientes a presion para raiz se usa el 6010 que es celulocico o raiz con argon luego se termina con electrodos basicos como el 7018

Didnt really get your question but the most common electrode used for root is 6010 as it offers more penetration and also due to its fast freezing characteristics , but its will depend on where you take the job , at least in the US you have to do a root n hot pass with 6010 and fill and cap with 7018 or 8018
Esta bien aplicado el cordon pero para ese espesor no creo que tenga la suficiente penetracion aunque no muestra lo que va a usar para terminar si es 7018 la tapa seria mucho mejor aunque reconosco que seria mucho mejor 6010 0 6011 para la raiz pero muchas veces tambien depende del pais yo he mirado comentarios donde se usa el 6013 para muchas aplicaciones.
fake. its phiysically impossible to have weld beads on the back side of your work. even more so in 1g position. this guy just welded over the backside to fake good penetration.

Similar techniques as FCAW plate welding. Plate is also hard for FCAW workers.
I strongly believe that FCAW was also designed for medium penetration.
Electrode use 3.2mm? Gap smelting 2.5mm?

Я могу, хот 2 мм. ничего сложного.
Я заварю, причем легко. Корень на 5 мм - LB 52U 2,6мм ток 60-70 ампер и вот оно счастье
