Another "Kodiak Moment" to remember Folks!! Beautiful work Alex! You should do a video on how you started this whole journey of blade designs! Think everyone would really enjoy it! You would most certainly gain much admiration i believe! 😎👍
I just snagged one of these up in the 7/19/24 drop. My 13th WTG Blade. Cool design. Cant wait to stick it in the SXS for the upcoming SXS ride on the Hatfield and McCoy trail for those downed trees. 👍👍🇺🇸
I'm very pleased to report that I just ordered a Kodiak from the WTG website. I've been wanting one for months and when I saw they were still available, I jumped on it.
Just got the knife ,very nice design its a big knife but feels very nimble in the hand and fit n finish is top notch im looking forward to getting more of there knives
I have the Kodiac in SK85 and love it and you have some Great Designs and I have 2 other WTG knives , they make great blades , so please don't take this the wrong way but why use an AUS6 variant , that is a low end budget steel and yes i know its really tuff with great stainless properties and its super easy to resharpen , but the edge retention is really lacking, why not at least AUS-8 or AUS-10 just to have better edge life , or is this going to be a more budget friendly version of the Kodiac . Thanks ...... 👍🖖
Because of metallurgy AUS10 in a chopper will definitely chip AUS8 is great for mid sized blades but greater toughness is needed in very large blades Edge holding is similar to sk85
Wow, well done, Alex!!! Any idea if or when a choiless K329 version is being thought about or when it will drop? Same question regarding the Mt. Man? Thx, -Alex
Ah true, thx. I forgot that K329 is only half stainless. So is the K329 obsolete now or are there any reasons at all to choose the K329 over the A6? Greetings from Germany
Great design made even better with the A6Max. Thanks for sharing Alex
Thanks for watching!
Both the Kodiak and Bear Claw are outstanding blade designs. 🔥💯
Thank you 👍

Looks like a huge winner as nice job....Good stuff...
Thanks brother 👍
Would you consider doing a short video on how to set up the sheath that comes with the Kodiak for various carry options? Thanks.
@@8626John good idea 👍
Great design! Which steel do you prefer for the Kodiak?
I like K329 since it’s a well balanced steel for bigger knives
Just ordered one can’t wait till it shows up
Thanks 👍

It’s part of the plan but I don’t have a clear ETA at this time
Great knife and thx for the video.
I already own the Kodiak in K329 and I love it.
What's the difference between K329 and A6max?
A6Max is a stainless steel 👍
Ah true, thx.

@@bobbadison K329 still has higher toughness and better edge retention than A6Max
A6Max works well in humid environments
Thx brother.
Keep up the good work.
I love your products.
@@auroraborealisknives4019 for a chopper the better steel is K329, the corrosion resistance is totally satisfying
Just ordered this, really excited to get to use it. Is there any sort of tracking or estimated shipping time?
If you didn’t receive a tracking number contact Worktuff gear and they will find it for you
