[POSSIBLE SPOILERS + LEAKS] The ongoing assumption is that the mysterious figure is in fact Lady Loki. Actress Sophia Di Martino is supposed to have a big role in this show but we have no idea who she's playing, but some leaked bts photos showed her in a very loki-esque outfit which arose suspicions. Loki's gender fluidity has also been confirmed, with Tom and the writers both expressing their desire to explore that aspect of Loki along with his shapeshifting abilities. Lady Loki was also a big factor in the comic run Loki: Agent of Asgard which this show is heavily based off of themes wise. I'm almost positive it's Sophia as Lady Loki; another variant from a different universe.

2:46 @Sesskasays, Not really. Just remember what Bruce Banner said in End Game and it'll be much simpler and it explains why 2012 Loki is in trouble--you cannot change the past. The Avengers were from the present, where time is being written. They can do whatever they want in the past because no matter what they do, it will not change the present. That's not true for 2012 Loki. While he hasn't yet done the things we saw him do, he was in the process of changing his future by picking up the Tesseract, escaping from punishment for his crimes and THAT is a major violation of time. It's is the year 2023 in the MCU and Loki already lived his life. 2012 Loki can't just do whatever he wants, as he's bound by the rules of time, and present day Loki already lived his life. 2012 is a copy, a copy of the past. Because Loki 2012 did something different he was labeled a variant and arrested. In short, people of the past must travel down the exact same path their future selves already traveled, doing something different (anything) creates a Nexus point event, which as we saw in the video explainer, very, very bad. The TVA's job is protecting the proper flow of time, so the past trying to create a new future for itself is a none starter. The people of the present can do whatever they want as time is being written by them, and that appears to be the reason why the TVA didn't arrest the Avengers, as they were operating within the rules of time. 16:47 precisely! Loki became angry/evil after the revelation that he was actually a Frost Giant, Laufey's son and not Odin's son as he was raised to believe on Asgard. To make matters worse, Thor, who was supposed to be King didn't even want to be, and because of tradition and bloodlines, Loki could never be king. This betrayal, his true origins and Odin denying him the thrown, made him feel like a prisoner/trophy, someone who wasn't really loved, and a joke. Only after Frigga and Odin had died, and after Hela destroyed Asgard did Loki truly understand how much he was loved, after he caused his new family so much death and pain. Now, 2012 Loki understands that, so it'll be interesting to see how he develops. While he's not 2018 Loki he knows as much as that Loki knew without all the hardships. I think he'll actually try to be the hero. After all, he knows that a life of villainy doesn't end well for him.
Your analysis at the end was exactly what I was thinking while watching, and I loved how heartfelt you were with it. I loved that you cried because so few people seemed to have been hit as hard by that scene. I liked that you talked about Loki’s relationship with Thor, and reminded us of what Thor was like the last time we saw him-the last time LOKI saw him. It made me realize for the first time how hard it was for Loki to see Thor was changing because he was gone or imprisoned for most of it. Ragnarok was the first time he really got to bond on a genuine level with the “new” Thor. DB Cooper hijacked a plane in 1971 mid-flight. He demanded 200,000 dollars and four parachutes. The plane touched down and he was given his demands, and he let the passengers go. Then the plane takes off flying with very specific instructions on how to fly the plane (to Mexico City), before jumping out mid-flight, never to be seen or heard of again. It's believed he died, but the FBI kept the case open for 45 years. It was actually recently closed, like in 2016. It's a great mystery. I think Miss. Minutes gave the abridged explanation of the "sacred timeline". The multiverse DOES exist, just each universe has it's own "script", with no deviations allowed, because then it branches, and each branch then branches more, and more, ect, becoming impossible to control and keep in check. So, don't be late for work, unless, you're SUPPOSED to be late for work, but honestly you can't really know that, so logically, everyone, everywhere on every planet in every universe, from the beginning of time to the end of it, has been arrested by the T.V.A, at least once. Which leads me to feel bad for the workers. They'd be so busy that you wonder how often they get a bathroom break, or just how many employees they have.

Just by one episode they destroyed all MCU. Now all the sacrifices, all fights, all risks heroes ever took weren't their choices, they did them not because they were good persons, but because all other timelines where they didn't do it were melted. Ancient was wrong about stones - you can take them and be fine, but you can be melted without taken them. Everything was predetermined by these space lizards, they decide what is proper and what is not for everyone. Tesseract with the Space stone and time stone don't mean shit because they have these magic square portals which can transport you into any point in time or space. And Loki's death in Infinity War doesn't mean anything because they just took past Loki, showed him his future events and he just becomes his future self. Now Gamora returned, Loki returned, Vision returned - officially no one died in Infinity War. Wow...
Owen Wilson really is perfect casting for a character designed to interrogate Loki’s psychology- he’s so unflappable and mellow that anything Loki could throw at him bounces right off.

This episode was like a rough therapy session.
Did you notice that the judge was Martha Jones sister?
I am willing to bet that he is going after the female Loki! She was in the comics.
I do too just because they hid the variant at the end and we already got the reveal that it was a Loki. So if it was just another Tom version there would have been no reason not to show him in that scene
You look fabulous!😍😍😍
I think the Variant will be Lady Loki!😎
The closed captioning referred to that woman as a Hunter. Is she a chronicom?
That loki green dress 😘
I think you should react to Outer Banks- it seems like the kind of show you’d love AND you could watch season 1 before season 2 is released at the end of July!
There wasn't any mid- or post-credits "scene", but by muting it you missed Miss Minutes repeating the "don't hesitate to tell us how we're doing" bit. Nothing important, just letting you know it was there.
wonder if he's gonna turn blue again...
Wow...
How did Poison Ivy get her own channel?
