You know what they say about people who assume. Do your research.
It probably is us. We're kinda nightmare people...look at the state of our country...
@@tenderfingersspeak for yourself
Well it is Americans who tend to go to other counties and treat the nation and their customs like crap. And as an American who goes out of the country a lot and tries to be as respectful as possible, I do see a lot of Americans being rude and belligerent stating they are American and can do what they want. I can always spot the American because of how they treat people.
@@Rebekah570 I think you’d be shocked at how many foreigners exist within the states and live their entire lives freely off of our government who act entitled. It exists everywhere and from every culture. Pinpointing Americans is simply ignorant and exposes the fishbowl mindset so many have.
@@PaterElectus-hm4dd I never said other cultures don’t have issues with respect, I am just stating personal experience from my many trips outside of our borders with other Americans. I have seen other cultures also being rude and disrespectful, however it is not at the same degree as Americans. And as I have been in the hospitality industry most of my adult life, I have come across tourist from other cultures quite often and they are mostly polite. Sure, you have the people who are entitled who aren’t American and its mainly because they are not American. And yes, a lot of the people being rude to the King’s Guard are not American. But a lot of what I have seen (and no I havent seen every video so I can only speak to what I have seen), the people who are “entitled” don’t speak English and don’t read English, so how would they know they are breaking the rules? We hold a higher standard for those who can read the language, who do understand the language. I recently watched a video of an American teenage boy who was in Japan. It was in the hours that a certain car on a train was for women only, the sign not only stated it in Japanese, but also in English. This kid decided to go onto the train with a bunch of women scaring them. It is women only at that point of the day because of SA. When people make assumptions that it was an American, its because it usually is. And that is from personal experience. I don’t look for it, however when I am over seas and there is a problem and someone being rude, it is 85% of the time an American. And this is personal experience. (I would like to point out that your original post had nothing to do with people invading a nation as your reply starts to talk about. Tourism and illegal immigration are 2 totally different things and I was not and still am not speaking towards illegal immigration).

Look at the kings guard obviously he is having a meltdown to the untrained eye they see nothing. He’s talking and has facial expressions someone or something has made him lose all military bearing. People do not understand how hard it is to just stand there and put up with idiots all day. Why do you think soldiers are so nice to the kids? One it’s a relief to deal with kids other than adults and two they’re planting the seeds of respect that will ultimately benefit future soldiers in one way or the other.
The Royal British Legion's long-held estimate is that somewhere between 3 and 6 per cent of homeless people have an armed forces background, but there are concerns that some homeless veterans are rendered “invisible” by the way statistics are collected. Along with veterans who have mental health or substance abuse problems, veterans with few financial assets or who don't have family members they can turn to for support may find themselves on the street.
If you can get help when you come back you can risk your life for our failing country or else you’re going to have to end up homeless because the country doesn’t care about you 🤷♂️.

This is dress up. Not the military. Fuck your king and queen. Shits fucking weird.
God I hate standing in formation. High ranking individuals talk and talk and lower rank just want to finish the work and leave 😂
mans jawline is top tier
☠️☠️☠️
long forgotten hapsberg DNA right there. someone test him for royal DNA
Nah it's bottom line
Look at this goofball dressed like he forgot its not christmas
Awww yes the beautiful hapsburg jaw. Only through years of inbreeding, what a glorious tradition.
Buddy’s ZAPPPEDDD👃❄️
Don’t assume the worst, he could simply be unwell or dealing with bereavement.
He's probably close to passing out as usual. These guards need to stop being treated like freaking objects.
they don't it's pretty clear how hard being a royal guard is wayyyyy b4 you ever join. some people just aren't made for it and some people are. this man's composure and determination for his job deserves massive respect nit misunderstanding why they do this and have too.
but the guard harassment definitely needs to stop I agree with that
like people messing with the guards there should be punishment for that.
allora dovrebbero smetterla di fare richiesta perche hey! nessuno glielo impone. È in lavoro come in altro, oltretutto ben retribuito. Ok è dura stare in i
piedi tutto il giorno nella stessa posizione ma, quelli vanno in pensione anticipata. Le guardie reali sono tutte giovani se ci fai caso. Ed in Inghilterra avere un curriculum del genere, ti apre indubbiamente porte e portoni.

Best comment, been there lmaooo
Looked like it kicked in...

just hive him a j he'll be fine
My first thought
Beautiful
I was wondering what was happening. I been in front of a guard. This is very unusual
The reason for the face expression is he is saying something to the other gentleman but your unable to hear him or read his lips. It's a tactic they use so people don't know what's being said.
Why does he continue after the other one leaves tho
This is why at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier; the guards make routine walks and routes. It helps with standing for long periods of time. Those micro breaks inbetween steps make a huge difference
But the guards at the tomb are allowed to correct the public when they step out of line and become a** wipes. The Royal guards aren't allowed to respond in any way.
Thanks for mentioned it. I was a about to. Why couldn’t they pace? Still an exhausting but a bit less demanding of right stands
Where’s the full video? Can’t seem to find it! Thanks for anyone who can post it!!
Beautiful guardia! ❤
Guy is going through it. Trying his best not to lock his knees and probably needs a drink.
Yeah and the looking ridiculous part isnt helping either.
@@WonkieNJ Looking ridiculous?
I dont know kid, he looks like to be in Guard Uniform, which is probably more respectable than whatever rags you put on everyday.
@@bronzejourney5784 Buddy be real, this guy looks like Ms. Claus put a wig over a spiked helmet.
@@bronzejourney5784respect and looks don't correlate pal
@@FriendsAndTheirGames Says who lmao? Have a homeless man and a man in a 3 piece suit walk into a fine dining restaurant. What do you think is gonna happen?
You got this young man. Meltdowns don't always result in screaming, crying and throwing a tantrum. But he is having one, people need to be more respectful and realize that these guards are doing their job and their not theire for tourists amusement.
I live in 🇺🇸I have been entertaining myself with all of these guardsmen videos. I admire their patience and when it runs out🤣
I see no meltdown at all, do explain.
When someone sees someone guarding with a sword they are going to take pics, gun on other hand would maybe result in less tourist pics.
I don't see a meltdown either. Blatant or subtle. What are you seeing?
What? Not for the civilians lol. Tell me who the f they going to guard with a sword and shoes that make them slip easily lol.
Hands up? Nah, my face will stop that.
Passing out
There was an incident and this was straight after. The soldier was fixing his hat hair thingy and that's why they apologized and said what ever else they said to him and put the chain back up.
finally some context, thank you sir.
Legend
Incident?
Does anyone know what incident occurred?
don't lie
As a mama and Nana- he looks like he's sick. The eyes can tell a Nana a lot!
I was thinking the same thing, I'm sick right now so when I saw this I thought "he must not be feeling well"
He looks like he's got dry mouth and needs a drink
He’s still battling through it though. Respect ✊
Such a wholesome (and true!) comment ❤ He does look sick and maybe the soldier in fatigues was trying to talk to him / ask him if he’s alright without making it too obvious, he pretended he had to fix his hat (or whatever that’s called!) 😊
This mama/Nana sees the same. He's pale as a sheet and is having trouble standing etc. Prayers he gets some rest🙏❤️🙌
Mans been stood there all day 😂
His helmets all jacked up
He's hurting from standing. He's probably miserable with his arm in the same position, for God knows how long.
He more than likely needs some water, a bathroom break, and to decompress a bit😢
Dude no lie I learned the hard way that if you keep your arm up for too long it would be stiff as hell for awhile
Dw he probably gets paid a fortune for doing nothing
@@tay7297they don’t actually get paid as much as people think. They are often just regular soldiers that are still serving in the military but have been selected as royal guards.
@@tay7297and your parents probably pay for your food and board while you sit around and play anime all day
😢 hard job... high disiplins❤
There needs to be punishment for people harassing these guards.
He’s fixing the helmet

@@TFAKyou’re an idiot if you think she’s talking abt that 💀
But he looks like Zippy the Pinhead!
They can use lethal force , but they usually hold tourists to a different standard and give them WAY to many warnings.
I’ve seen videos of them giving people exactly what they deserve .
These men are to be treated with nothing but respect. Also, if anyone patriotic sees you harassing them, its a good way to get your bell rung .
Those who get away with harassing them are VERY fortunate
Its the equivalent of walking up to a marine and calling him silly names.
You’ll see all 50 stars he stands for
That being said
They are doing this as a sign of respect . Not to harass
Looks like he was upset before these people stepped in to comfort him
