Such informative and very well presented talks / presentations about our beloved Faith are so valuable, hope the friends pay good attention and take the time to listen, learn and enjoy them. Thank you again to the constant services of the Parhami family, I always learn so much from them.

Thanks for sharing. I would like to know if the Great Reset and Agenda 2030 leads to the envisioned Great Pease of the Baha'i?

      Great question my friend.
Tl;dr -- No, the Baha'i teachings do not endorse those ideas. The Baha'i Faith is not (and does not endorse) any specific economic system, nor does it propose nor seek to impose anything like that for any economy in any country.
More in-depth answer -- Much of the focus of the Baha'i teachings relate to spiritual transformation at the individual and community level which then has a integral impact on the formation of mindsets and culture (as discussed by the speaker). Since a core principle of the Baha'i Faith is respect for human freedom of thought and dignity, consequently the unity and peace envisioned in the Baha'i writings does not to seek to supplant the nation-state, nor does it condone imposing any system of beliefs on any group of people.
As the speaker mentions, the central goal of the Baha'i writings is the promotion of the unity of humankind through the recognition of all people as "the fruits of one tree, the leaves of one branch" - the same creation from God. It is this realization that has the potential to address many modern challenges that are becoming more pressing and dire, as forces of disintegration errode the ability of contemporary institutions to deal with these same modern challenges.
Of course, this is my own opinion, and one of the central teachings of Bahá'u'lláh, the Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith, is the "Independent Investigation of Truth" (i.e. not automatically accepting what we read or hear from other people as capital-T truth, and rather to do one's due diligence/one's best to investigate truth for oneself, at all times, with a fair and open mindset, in order to reach one's own conclusions about truth and reality).
With that in mind, here is a link to a very similar question recently posed on the Baha'i subreddit, which may provide greater insights for the answer you seek:
