Chicago Bears Opener vs Titans with Dave McGinnis - The Sportscaster and Her Son Podcast Episode 100

The Caleb Williams era begins in Chicago with the opening game of the 2024 NFL Season against the Tennessee Titans. Before the Bears take the to the Soldier Field turf, Peggy and Jason visit with an old friend of the Navy Blue & Orange -- former Bears Linebackers coach Dave McGinnis.
McGinnis is now the radio analyst for Titans football and previews the matchup of young quarterbacks Caleb Williams and Will Levis as well as the new coaching regime under Brian Callahan.
Peggy covered McGinnis' Bears teams when he was the youngest coach on Mike Ditka's staff in Chicago all the way til things got murky as he was suppose to be named Head Coach years later only to have a snafu when the press conference was called but McGinnis was not. No contract offer had been made and McGinnis' 6 hours as head coach came and went as he left without agreeing to a deal.
