- This could possibly be the best front nine in golf, period. In all fairness, we didn’t get to play the full back nine - but what we did play was absolutely spectacular. Jordan Whyte of Renaissance Club hosts Erik Anders Lang and the CREW (a big one at that) at his home club - ROYAL ABERDEEN GOLF CLUB.
At most courses in Scotland, you receive a tee bag at the first tee, and Royal Aberdeen’s is no joke. Peter Finch hikes along with the crew for another round, Galloway is still on the bag, Colt nurses an injury, Jordan gives us some history of the course, ACE CAM heats up, and the X5 has a supporting role as a clown car. Perfect for the boys.

I played Uni golf here for 5yrs ... at £100/year.
Never went to class, caddied 2 rounds a day in Summer.
Best days of my life.
This course is no joke ... and super glad you all enjoyed.
Looks like the beachside tee at #3 finally got swallowed by the sea - shame - but what can you do.
#8 is a gem, if anyone was gonna get an ACE, it was gonna be there.

Well that was fun! One of the greatest courses in the world.....IMO. Never gets the credit it deserves. Keep these coming please EAL
Erik this is gold. I went to Ireland last summer and played Doonbeg and Lahinch. It is amazing how accessible these great courses are in the UK. I wish the US followed this process closer, allowing more access to clubs. Also could Stuart be any more funny!? Dude is a clown and its great. He reminds me of the comedian Bill Burr!

This is a beautiful Course with a history as old as some Countries.

I was introduced to Murcar Golf Club which is adjacent to Royal Aberdeen by a friend some 20 yrs ago. As a relatively new player I will never forget standing on one of the Tee Boxes and asking “Where’s the hole”. My friend pointed out into the distance over the heather and said “see that white post over there, aim for that but whatever you do don’t go left and don’t go right. Cost me a small fortune in Balls 😂😂😂

I played Royal Aberdeen, Cruden Bay, Royal Dornoch, and North Berwick this month.
Royal Aberdeen front nine was the best 9 hole sequence.
The back 9 at Berwick and Dornoch are equally good to my taste.
Berwick and Cruden Bay are tremendous golfing fun and quirky/endearing.
Im going to Scotland to play golf, you guys have shown me just how magical the place is!! Stunning!!
The job by Reiten to turn junk footage and somehow weave it into the story of the round was awesome as was the intro!

Watched too many golf videos on RUclips so I got out and played yesterday wind was blowing like dirty miles an hour and the high was like 12ﾟ lol but I got my fix to hold me off for another week or 2

The single toughest back nine I've ever played. Three 9s on par 4s in the back. And that was after shooting 82 the day before at St Andrews Old course. TBF, the gale force winds didn't help.
Great video, I think Scotland should be using you as their official tourism ambassador.

Too much chat on this episode. Usually just right but maybe having 7 guys playing was a bit of a liberty. Royal Aberdeen is a great course - all 18 holes, with several wonderful holes on that first nine. Think the first three, eight and nine are just outstanding.

This is my part of the world, and RAGC (to me) is the best course in the area. BTW - I've aced the 8th with the pin in the same place as you played it. Shame you didn't have the light to finish.

The course is open to the public. If you go to their website, I think it’s in the video description. There’s a visitors section, it tells you which days and tee times are available to non-members of the club. You can then email or call to request a time.

let's hope you or anyone else does NOT support Trump Aberdeen. what he did to the local residents to build that course is shameful. I support almost every piece of content you produce, but can't support someone playing Trump Aberdeen. Look for the documentary about it called 'You've Been Trumped' on Netflix/Hulu or other streaming platforms. Not a plug or an ad, just FYI.
Come on - lets keep politics outta this thread! FYI - the local residents of Aberdeen are stuck in their ways and will always happen when change is needed but what he's done with that piece of land is nothing short of exceptional.
The vast majority of residents in the area were for the golf course. Not so keen on the proposed housing that accompanied the project but to date that hasnt been built yet. The land was used for bird shooting prior to being bought for the development and contributed little to the local economy. While some of the business practice has been quite aggressive and the shielding of the course severe most folk in the area arent that bothered. The ideal would be that Donald sells it so we can get a big tournament held there and put the Aberdeen area on the golfing map. No fan of trump myself but the course could hold the Open or Ryder Cup. While Trump owns it there wont be any, sadly.

So more of courses, less of people, Stuart needs to work on his comedy/give it up.
