When I do either a WebRTC or DNS test, using Chrome, they both come back as FAILED and are showing my actual location, not the one chosen through the VPN!
I think SurfShark should get the original service fixed so that it runs better without so many errors BEFORE adding other features that also won't work correctly.
Actually split-tunneling and bypasser is fully possible on iOS, such as Surge 5, Shadowrocket, Loon and Quantumult, but these are quite advance and all of them have to config IP or Domain manually. The main challenge for Surfshark would be how to make it simple and user-friendly.
None of the protocols chosen, or any of the locations that have been changed to has solved any connection problems! And none of the support people can fix the issues! SurfShark VPN sucks big time!! 👎👎👎
After the latest update to v5. Now some webpages like Amazon and RUclips hesitate to open at times.. takes about 1-2 seconds.. no matter which protocol or server I use. As soon as I disconnect from the VPN, it goes back to normal. Please fix this. - and now, they removed TAP adapter and was replaced with OpenVPN DATA offload and it won't allow you use a custom DNS server.

Hey! As mentioned in the video the team is looking into this feature, until then I'd recommend utilizing Apple Shortcuts which allow you to make it so VPN connects/disconnects when using certain apps similarly to how Bypasser works, we have a video on that on our channel
How about adding multi servers like IP Vanish! Example if I connect to Miami give us the options to choose between many locations in miami and have the percentage of people connected to it and the laceny of the server!
I've given up with the surfshark windows program. Almost a year left to go on contract and I've deleted it. Miles asked me to send a system snapshot within the app and that didn't work either. So everytime the program crashes and throws the killswitch, which is supposed to be disabled and I lose my Internet connection. Your program suggests I send a crash report, opens a browser and then can't connect. I'm sick of deleting/rebooting and reinstalling over and over and over. New features? Don't make me laugh, you can't even make the most basic features work properly.

I have been using the dedicated VPN since it was introduced and it is very convenient and allows me to connect to almost all websites without any problems. I do have a problem with Surfshark on my iPhone 13 when using SurfShark and Zoom VOIP at the same time. When talking on a call with Zoom Phone if SurfShark is running after about 5 minutes the person on the other end of the call no longer hears me, but I can hear them. As soon as that happens, I pause SurfShark and the connect gets reestablished and we can continue our conversation. Does anyone know if there is a fix to that problem?
Have you tried asking Google what your IP address is? Or have you asked Google where your current location is? Because when you do that, it will show that Surf Shark VPN is NOT HIDING THAT INFORMATION!

Alternative ID for hiding and enhancing privacy. With so many ways to get anyone's personal information, I view this as closing the barn door after the horse ran out. And to top it off, for any product claiming to protect your ID, don't you have to give up the information for them to hide?? Now who does that make sense to??

The speaker, the screens, the explanations are running at 60mph -- how the H*** am I supposed to keep up with the video? In order for me to fully understand what SurfShark changes were made I will have to run this video three, four, maybe 5 times. He talks SO fast, the screens show for about 1-2 seconds before the NEXT screen shows up. I am totally confused, and, honestly, not very happy with SurfShark at the moment.

first video I've seen and I got to say I think its funny cause the presentation acts like hes more of a user of his own product :D Not sure how you are working internally but I think its really cool if you are a user of your own product testing the product yourself.
