I listen to binaural for a long time. well, sometimes I can't streaming while outside because of living in a village and you know, signal vs mountain doesn't align well 😂 sometimes I download the audio and edit my recorded affirmation together to use it with offline music player. I'm starting with a little louder affirmation to edit and I can hear little whisper in this video at level 5 volume (android, 15 step vol max). let see what this videos can offer me (yeah, I need to get married, lol. my parents are getting old and just 1 grandma still left...).
