Blank ᅚ i think that these guys dont really have time to think about things like that while they are on the track. 100% focused on coming down as fast as u can. After someone crashes u usually hear storyies about them asking when can they ride again aso.
just looking at this if they remove the ramps it would be easy as fuck, literally the only thing that makes this hard is the ramps THATS IT, on the spots where you can get speed its easy because there looks to be practaclly nothing to slow you down, sure you get close to some trees but there is plenty of space to pass through, then there is some rocky areas, and i would just slow down and take my time just like the dude in the video, this is nothing special quite frankly and im not impressed.
This is so intense, the stamina to get to the bottom, you hear in his breathing he is caching his breath every time gets airborne on those big jumps. The lines he chooses everything is just impressive.
Okay well that makes sence now, do a run fix what you need to build more berm here or cut a tree out here, add more length to the landing on this jump ext. And slowly get faster

If you do downhill like this, you did not realize the danger. You're in a kind of a flow. All what you see is the line in front of you. When I go to downhill I have fear. But when I started I come to the "flow" and the fear is gone. All what I see is the line. The most dangerous things are the big jumps. You are in the air for a few seconds. It is absolutely important, that you meet the right direction. Otherwise you'll make a nosedive.
Worse case broken legs broken arms a fractured wrists even with a wrist brace a injured neck even with a neck brace worse case death being impaled or split your tibia open

Amazing, I know it takes a lot of training, skill and dedication to get this good, what I wonder is how they survive the crashes that I am sure happen. You would think crashing at this.speed and on that type of terrain one crash would be one to many. Much respect, great riding.
