I will borrow the comment of a FSX You Tube viewer, "Nasa want's their computer back"... I can only dream of having such performance on my set up. CDT's would be on the order of the day, with "smoke in the cabin" inside my PC. No wonder my FS9 is still my all time favorite. Sliders full right, FPS at max, my Piper Cheyenne P3IT on final approach at CYUL for 24R, set on major thunderstorms, severe turbulence, heavy rain, wipers on fast speed, pure bliss. Your video presentation is breathtaking.
plus one more lol at 4:25 i love how the wings move it goes up and down because of the wind and i love the shadowing and stuff and if a person asked you if you went to ''San Diego'' you say ''yea already been!'' so you already went there because in the game prepar3D i know you are using that stead of flight simulator x in prepar3d the city's and stuff or state or country it looks like it even the airports! :D
Should there have been a go around because of the Southwest jet on the runway, or was it cleared in time to avoid having a go around? Also, why are all the Southwest jets painted in the old style from pre-2001?
In real-life the plane wouldn't have been cleared to cross the runway that close to approaching traffic. It was off the runway when I landed as you might have noticed. I didn't go around for the sake of video length ;-) Many liveries of Ultimate Traffic 2 are outdated by now.
again sorry how do you know wheres the wheel and you are parking do you know wheres the wheel? i can't eveytime i play prepar3D i can't park because i don't know heres the wheel at!?!
Would do you mean with not really? it is (yes it IS) a photo scenery with annotated autogen! I have been several times to San Diego and it can be very brown, depending on the time of the year! If you do not beleive then google "san Diego from the air" and than look at the Google images. E.g. psee here.: chrisnelson.ca/photos/San-Diego-from-the-air And Blue Sky has not modeled KSAN Airport! :-) And by the way, in my sim the ORBX KSAN scenery does not appear with these faded colours like in Marcel's video. In my P3d3 installation the colours are much more vivid. I think, this has to do with Marcel's graphic settings.
Nice video, but 1 ) the airplane is too dirty... and 2) still wobbly looking out the window. Nobody is that drunk... Watch out the window vids of real a/c, they just don't wobble that much.
I was looking forward to this scenery but I have been very disappointed. It is not up to Orbx usual standards. The ground textures are low resolution and outside the airport grounds, there is barely any improvement over Orbx SCA. Really disappointed!
I've been on fsx/p3d platform for 6 years, after that, I tried x plane 10 and 11, and the difference is huge, recommend you to do same, vids would be much more beautiful, even though they are, but with reflections, lighting, shadows, all of those is very nice detailed x-plane 11
FSX is Life :) (I have Steam Edition now, but FSRecorder don't work with it (I have to use an older FSR version) Then ChasePlane (by FSFX) will feature a replay feature (as it already have Camera movements)
I'm working on my own recording tool for Prepar3D but I ran against a wall with the smooth replay...I'm still planning to move to Prepar3D (hopefully with the 64 bit version :-) )
Please note: No passenger got dragged off the plane for this video! ;-)
Fangzahn Aviation Studios 😂😂
Fangzahn Aviation Studios Would this PC work for ORBX Airbus Aerosoft Extended www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/VR-Ready-Deal-GTX-1070

youre cinematography is stunning, great work
Ich kann nur sagen: Immer wieder schön! ☺
Danke :-)

If I had this guys pc I would be playing this every single second of my life
Nice! I can actually see my neighborhood at 3:09.
That was a go-around for me...!
Yes, in real-life I would have gone around but when I saw that all would be fine I proceeded for the sake of video length.
Your flaring techniques of the 737 and 320 are very close to the real deal. Are you a pilot in real life? Amazing videos dude. Just subscribed.
I'm not a real pilot but I wish I was ;-)
marcelkade well you Just Got a fellow pilot following your channel. Keep up your good work with your videos. :)
I will, thank you very much! :-)
That was butter
Amazing video and great landing. Now I just wish my P3D looked that good. Hopefully with my new rig being built next week I can get close
Piece by piece I shall have a build as good or better than you...might take a year but I'll do it 😁 Awesome video! Kudos to you pilot!
Excellent video and great piloting skills for sure, my parkings are never as perfect at the millimeter level.
Beautiful landing!
amazing like always! keep on the great work ;)
I will, thank you :-)
Gorgeous scenery but I can already see the OOMs!
I didn't have any OOMs even with all sliders at MAX for the recording
wow nice, the must have optimized it well then!
nice landing m8
Incredible looking scenery! Are you running OrbX So-Cal with this? Excellent work here!
I use Orbx So-Cal but deactivated it for the video for saving VAS. (It wouldn't be visible anyway)
Well it was still super good without it anyway. Thanks for the reply!
i live in SanDiego this is very cool !!
"Lights and doors" should be called before enter in a stand, is explaned in the FS2crew manual/tutorial 😉 i'm wrong?
Hey amazing job! I got a suggestion for ya! Cathay Pacific 74F arrival into PDX!
que belleza por Dios!
Amazing
Professional stuff!
Sehr gut! Weiter so!
Marcelkade, once again great vid, how about doing the same approach at sunset or at night.
your graphics are amazing!
YASSSS FINALLY A UNITED I LOVE UNITED BUT I LOVE ALASKA AIRLINES MORE LOL BUT yay you made a united one! been along time with no united! :D
You is show Marcel!!!
Great stuff, thanks!
wt at 4:53 the captain just got up o_o was he sleeping and the co-pilot was doing eveything? because the pilot just got up!
Hey at 3:22 was the spoilers were glitching? because it was going up and down super fast!
You make FSX look like X-Plane 10
I was pretty happy with the way FSX looked at the end of its life
very very very nice ~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!
sand diego best 👌
nice video bro
Do the jetways move of are they static?
They move!
Ooof that is one dirty 73
Great video. How did you get the window frame effect in the wing view? I can never get my camera close enough before it just disappears!
This was done in After Effects
Why were there 3 NM Southwest planes at the end lmao
Should there have been a go around because of the Southwest jet on the runway, or was it cleared in time to avoid having a go around? Also, why are all the Southwest jets painted in the old style from pre-2001?

Go-around !!!
Is the Ocean Beach pier there?
Can you post a link for this livery it looks amazing!
A lot of mustard planes
Personal thoughts on scenery? Frames?
VAS and FPS are very good and it looks awesome. No OOM-Errors during the recording even with all sliders at max.
marcelkade Sounds pretty good, might pick it up myself
marcel got paid to say that :c
I don't get paid. I have to buy all the sceneries like everyone else.
Who do you think is better: FlyTampa, Orbx or Taxi2Gate xD
I actually love all of them. I can't say that one is better than the other.
Taxi2Gate!

Danke. Ich würde schon gerne öfter Videos machen, aber dafür müsste ich meinen Job kündigen und Familie und Freunde in die Wüste schicken ;-)

Should have been a go around, but very nice video :)

In real life?!?
Is it possible to use UT with vPilot and Ivap to fly online?
Hello, Did the Airport come with the orbx scenery?
Yes
Did you choose a volunteer for the sake of this vid??
again sorry how do you know wheres the wheel and you are parking do you know wheres the wheel? i can't eveytime i play prepar3D i can't park because i don't know heres the wheel at!?!
For some reason fsx always uses runway 9- the approach that no one ever uses
i thought the 737’s full flap setting were 40 degrees
Flaps 40 is rarely used. 30 is pretty much the standard setting.
Fangzahn Aviation Studios o ok
crew on the ground ? gsx ?
Yes
its an amazing video but in real the pilots or the tower would instruct the plane to do an go around because this is too close
Plus do full flights like take off and landing! ok! :DDDDDDDD
Where did you get this high resolution Texture for the 737?
Adrian grbac
I think he uses McPhat Studios textures
Fabri The Flyer oh thanks
Search for "skyleveltextures_united_airlines_ngxs_megapack.zip" in the AVSIM library.
I think that the plane is pretty trashed up!
omg
where can i get that livery?
Search for "skyleveltextures_united_airlines_ngxs_megapack.zip" in the AVSIM library.
Poor old 737, she needs a wash.
How did you update the liveries for p3d
What exactly do you mean? The PMDG or the traffic? BTW this is FSX.
traffic
Ok, I didn't update any UT2-liveries.
oh, thats odd what version have you got?
There is only one "Ultimate Traffic 2"
Great realistic flight but the Orbx scenery is way off, San Diego is well watered and green not brown as shown. Photo-scenery is much accurate!!! :-)
denault3985 Yeah especially since the rains. I went there last week and it was so green.
Orbx San Diego is photo scnery!! LOL
Not really, it's not as good as BlueSky freeware...San Diego is not brown like Phoenix, AZ or Lancaster, CA!
Would do you mean with not really? it is (yes it IS) a photo scenery with annotated autogen! I have been several times to San Diego and it can be very brown, depending on the time of the year! If you do not beleive then google "san Diego from the air" and than look at the Google images. Yes, I think the colors are washed out in FSX because of the old graphics engine. P3D has better lighting and HDR.
new plane but why so dirty!
Nice video, but 1 ) the airplane is too dirty... and 2) still wobbly looking out the window. Nobody is that drunk... Watch out the window vids of real a/c, they just don't wobble that much.
Sorry, I didn't have time to clean the aircraft before making this video ;-)
I was looking forward to this scenery but I have been very disappointed. It is not up to Orbx usual standards. The ground textures are low resolution and outside the airport grounds, there is barely any improvement over Orbx SCA. Really disappointed!
Everything is great, except it's just not that washed-out looking. Maybe in Phoenix...t.
Fsx looks hilarious, this 10 year old buddy is to old, it's time for something new...
Yes, it's time for a new platform (64-bit) but I'm still very happy with FSX.
I've been on fsx/p3d platform for 6 years, after that, I tried x plane 10 and 11, and the difference is huge, recommend you to do same, vids would be much more beautiful, even though they are, but with reflections, lighting, shadows, all of those is very nice detailed x-plane 11
I need FSRecorder to make these videos. That's why I can't use Prepar3D or any other simulator.
FSX is Life :) (I have Steam Edition now, but FSRecorder don't work with it (I have to use an older FSR version) Then ChasePlane (by FSFX) will feature a replay feature (as it already have Camera movements)
