I can say that if Lv doesn't change the way they treat customers in their store and start repairing these expensive items when the zipper breaks, more and more people will start buying *unidups* knockoffs because they are cheaper and the quality is indistinguishable from the original. The price may be only one tenth of the original. Or even lower.
I worked with a wealthy woman who owned a collection of luxury. Somewhere is real, somewhere is a replica, you honestly can't tell the difference. She taught me how to mix and match, she taught me to buy accessory at *amzclothes* , especially trendy clothes, instead of spending $5,000 on something that will be out of style next year.
I’m thinking to sell some of my LV but scared of that kind of fraud. How did you get your LV back from her?? Mercari was a nightmare for me and after emailing numerous times ( with an entirely different issue ) I was getting no response, then I got blocked by them. Regardless of the platform though - what can one do to get their authentic item back?
Hi! Unfortunately I didn't get my backpack back because i was unable to message the person after the transaction went through and mercari wouldn't help me without a subpoena! It was awful! The best way to ensure that you get your real bag back is with security tags. All my items now include a tag saying return will only be accepted with the tag attached. However, just document the serial number on your bag since it's unique and make sure to check it if it's returned! This particular incident is rare though as I have had it only happen once in 600 transactions!
