Nandhanam Mosque:
Bahram Jung Mosque is a prayer mosque located in Nandanam Chennai . It was built between 1789 and 1795 by Muhammad Abdullah Qadir Nawaz Khan Bahadur Bahram Jung, who was the court poet of Nawab Muhammad Ali Khan Walaja of Arcot.
Both Bahram Jung and his brother Hafiz Ahmad Khan succeeded Walaja after his death and lost large fortunes to the Nawab of Arcot during the reign of Umdatul Umra .
Eventually their lands were taken over by the East India Company .
