The calcs really do put into perspective how much a Selena replacement is needed. While Scire with sig is decently above the competition, Selena loses even with sig to SSS vera which is kind of insane. I honestly didn't know that before the video.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the solo cycle given isn't stable. You lose 3 orbs every cycle (start with 11 and end with 8, and if you check the total basic attack time, it checks out). Is this purely meant to last for something like short bursts by using the extra starting orbs to make up for losing orbs over time?

4pc gui required to healing 2 times to activate the effects, the basic ideas is you have to perform qte 2 times for many support character such as Selena, ayla, etc. But the qte mechanic of some support character such as echo, empyrea, feral etc. keep healing repeat every second after they perform qte, this is considered as you healed 2 times which is matching 4pc gui condition. This is not a new thing, it's since the game release day 1 😕 the first gen character who can trigger 4pc gui with just a single qte is lux, sophia and 9S.

What's almost Selena sss? You can actually get amplifier buff after sss not an almost sss thing Nobody can answer this question, So better try and experiment by yourself?

lamia is built for swapping.. her memories, passives that trigger when entering the battlefield, etc.. so no matter what team you are using whether they be all SS with sigs or wout sigs, you STILL need to do swapping, except for PPC ofcourse if you can delete the boss perfectly with solo lamia then good, but for other modes, you NEED to keep on swapping..
well all characters supposedly play in team rotation, but in this case we have 2 attackers that have coordinated attack but the team it self is too expensive for average f2p, which are hyperreal and lamia. selena is free for all, but once new players knew that she is not really that good at base S rank without signature weapon, most of them will start to get their vera rozen to SSS which is easier to get and deal more buff as qte bot (in solo play). next karen scire is the current strongest dark tank, but we all know that she is an expensive unit to be minimum powercreep, she need SS3 + sig, otherwise she is just equal to kamui but with timestop, people might think twice to pull her to SS3 + sig weapon, while this is may not a big deal for veteran players that already saves alot of BC and tickets, but non veteran players may only have few spares BC per 2 patches. in reality some of them even skip her instead and start to SSS the 21. as the result, some people don't have SSS selena + sig and SS3 scire + sig, and they choose to do solo lamia. the fact that i already did a few runs with rotating using SSS rozen and SSS 21, the result is much worse than solo lamia with the same team. the reason is very simple, solo lamia can abuse time stop, while rotating in copium team will have less time stop. your arguments is not wrong at all, but not applied universally for everyone, if you are on WZ hero rank, you can see the HUGE score gap between players who use SSS selena + SS3 scire + SS lamia and players who use solo lamia + rozen + 21, which prove that rotating lamia in team is better than solo, so yeah lamia indeed supposedly to be rotated in the team but only for those who have SSS selena + sig and SS3 scire + sig. by the way my argument is in perspective of meta / competitive gameplay, in casual gameplay, yes your argument 100% right.

"all chars play in team rotation" nope.. you can solo Crimson Weave she is NOT reliant on orbs cause of infinite sword waves(fast orb generation or ult energy fillup) and revving the bike to charge the meter unlike Lamia, "gains torrent orb upon entering battle" - you need this for quick 1st core before 1st ult or you have a weak "refund orbs mechanic" "gains 20 extra sig energy when pinging tidal orb(2 torrent orbs) for the FIRST TIME after entering battle" "sig memory has co teammate attacks mechanic" - you literally CANCEL this using SOLO lamia.. i have an SS+3 lamia with sig, and she still feels "clunky" using SOLO play, heck even at first entry of lamia u need to get a "lucky 3 ping grouped together" so u can ping that then ping the tidal orb and enter first ult, she doesnt have a filter orbs mechanic at the start, compare that to CW, only blue orbs at start, hyperreal, just go to core instantly all ur orbs are regrouped, balter, instant matrix, need i say more, lamia is BUILT as a SWAPPING char to her core.. hyperreal also has a "refund orbs mechanic" that is NOT reliant on entering the field, so you can play full solo.. alisa as well, she has special quick refill orbs to power her "summon", by just holding the basic attack button, broken i tell you.. etc.. balter as well, your orbs refill in the duration of you doing your core, air slash, ult. you have enough orbs again to rinse and repeat forever.. sure you can use them all in a switch team party, but you don't need to, they can function "comfortably" as SOLO.. im sure many others, im not gonna list them all.. and i have used these SOLO characters in PPC(ultimate) and Warzone(hero rank).. enough to get all rewards AND have FUN ALWAYS(that is priority), sure that won't reach rank 1 or anything but its good enough, besides you don't need to aim for rank 1 unless you are a whale with SSS+ full max hypertune 6memos, sig weapon 3 sig weapon resonance, and harmonized characters.. anyone can get selena to SSS in time you can farm her shards in the voucher shop among other places, i have rozen at SSS+ and selena at SSS i NEVER used my rozen again, sadly.. so my arguments are BOTH meta and casual..
Yeah but because Capriccio and Scire are such bad units, you actually do better without swapping if your investement on them isn't crazy. I mean SSS Teddy is a better buffer than SSS Capriccio with her sig. Why the hell would you invest so much in a unit that can even lose to Rosen. Lamia swapping stuff will feel better once we get some good dark tank and dark amp instead of the gutter we got right now. You can actually score extremely well in warzone with solo lamia. And I mean if you're gonna grab an ss3 might as well grab one from a good character like Bianca and Wataanbe who benefit your score way more.
With all those paragraphs im just gonna share my experience with solo Lamia, and that is that im currently in hero WZ at 1.3 million score while the best player at the moment reached 1.9 and the third best reached 1.5, yeah im super far from 1st place but from 3rd, im just 200k points off doing a complete solo run with lamia while the 3rd best player used SS3 Karenina and SSS selena with sig weapons, I find that the investment needed for a complete dark team instead of just solo lamia, is not that worth it because with just lamia and her sig weapon at worst u nedd 22.500 BC while on the other hand with a complete dark team u may very well spend above 80K BC pulling the necessary copies and sig weapons (15k BC for each copy of a character and 7.5k BC for each sig weapon and even more careful because the weapons are not guaranteed so u could very well spend 7.5k BC and don't even get the weapon if u are super unlucky
