I did not understand your question. Please be clear..point not operating may have many reasons...first is it mechanical problem or electrical..and we need to follow circuit for electrical failure or if point operating, then adjust the point.
If there are gaps coming in between stack rail and tongue rail from 4 to 10 sleeper in tws how you can adjust ssd or pavling to give proper housing in points
This point machine and locking clamp system introduced to railway vy HDC Ltd during 1992, even they imported from France, Austria, UK. and also supplied to Konkan railway
After setting, closed switch gets completely locked and open switch partially locked. It is not declutching after setting of point. It is locking after setting of point. I will discuss this point in next video please
