This message is such a reminder that we are in no position to judge others or condemn others because we have all sinned and received God’s Grace and Mercy. No one is perfect!
Thank you so much Pastor for this message! It really shows the compassion of REAL Christians who actually follow the teachings of Jesus! I have faith in the church again after hearing this message! You are a true gift to the body of Christ!
This message right here.... Pastor Wesley thank you for preaching truth. Put that down! We are to restore one another. Love this message speaks VOLUMES
Jesus.....pur that down!!! Lord thank you for conversation and correction!!! Praise God we serve a mercifu and loving God. Thank you for that word. I had to share!!!!
I truly appreciate the heart of the message and what God was doing through Pastor Wesley, but just for the sake of clarity - in 30:30 he said we're never Called to EXPOSE; however, in Ephesians 5:11 it says "Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." (NET). NOW, that doesn't mean I don't believe that the original point stands that "The World is The World, The Church is The Church, and GOD is the judge," and I also agree with the point Pastor Wesley mentions later on in Galatians 6:1 that "...those who are spiritual should restore someone who's in sin with a spirit of gentleness," I just want to make sure that the point is hammered home that we still need to expose sin, ESPECIALLY in ourselves. We're not to do it like the Pharisees did - for the sake of malice and their own personal agenda - but to do it like Christ did with this woman, the woman at the well, Peter (when he took his eyes of Jesus while walking on water), and everyone else he did it with. It's very possible to restore someone with a spirit of gentleness and still expose the sin, which I feel Pastor Wesley eventually got to anyway. This one point doesn't discount the ENTIRE message. Once again, this comment was DEFINITELY not meant to harm, speak ill, or bring dissension - it was only for clarity sake. I'm thankful for God using Pastor Wesley to offer the Word of Life and I pray that God continue to bless and keep him.
This is a very good sermon.. the criticism is to many are looking at it as justification or legalization of sin.. Rather than how should a christian respond to sin.
+Robert Bolden True bro. But one cannot 'sin no more' without the love and mercy of GOD first revealed to the heart of the lady and His spirit dwells in her.
I LOVE this Pastor!!! I must however disagree with him on the issue of same sex marriage. It's not a Civil Rights issue, but one of divinity b/c marriage was divinely established by God. "For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh."
i think the problem is that we need to stopr trying to legislate sin. it is what it is. there are more pressing issues that our government should be attending to. They dont legislate fornication or adultery do they? So why try to legislate homosexuality cause the real issue with that is money.
Have to love the way he dives deeper into scripture. Can’t hear him without thinking deeply
