Why does Michigan even play football anymore? They just embarrass themselves every year now. News flash Michigan fans, it's not 1997 anymore, it's time to shut down the program. P.S. The real national champions, Nebraska, would have destroyed Michigan in 1997.
I moved on from Michigan a few years ago. It was hard losing respect for the school I grew up loving and that I graduated from but it started with the AD jacking up ticket prices and instituting PSL fees when we were losing to Maryland and Rutgers in the same year. The recent scandal about an athletic doctor being allowed to sexually abuse athletes for decades while Schembechler and Canham knew about it, that was the last straw. As for football Michigan will always go to bowl games because they can schedule three community colleges at the start of the season and beat the Rutgers, Illinois, and Marylands of the world but they'll never win another game that matters. Basically the Lions under Jim Caldwell lmao
@@alexcentury2166 I'm quite jelly of that. Especially if that includes 1997 or almost any other 90s Michigan squad. Those were the days to be a Wolverine fan.
@@RevAlSharptonz Nope the first game I went to was in 1999 and the last was in 2018. I was at almost 80 games and two bowl games: the 2011 Gator Bowl and the 2013 Outback Bowl. And in those 20 seasons I only sat in three different places, one of which was for only one game.
My dad and I flew down to Jacksonville from Michigan for this game. Still had a good time despite the final score lol
I was at this game. Boy was I drunk 🤣🤣🤣

@@alexcentury2166 Hey, they do have the greatest helmets in all of football imo. I mean that. They look freaking great on the field.
@@RevAlSharptonz That they do. I went to the games for 20 seasons from age 4 to 23. I've got enough memories to last a lifetime

The refs handed Miss State this game. Southern home cooking at it's finest
You are well below average joe. If you think that in earnest.
I am saying you are stupid if you genuinely think that nonsense.
I swear, I think if a Michigan fan ever admitted his team lost fair and square, the rapture would occur.
Naw Michigan just straight up took that L. Wasn't no refs dabbling in nothing that day. Keep it real.
I’ve never seen somebody blame the refs on a 30+ point loss. Michigan fans are something else
You lost by 30+ no one’s fault, but Michigan
