I resonate with the grief part so deeply. I remember one specific day in particular, several months back while I was in separation from my DM, and I was having such a great day where everything went good and my supervisors where complimenting me on my work ethic and I was so full of energy and all of the sudden out of no where a wave of sadness and pain hits my heart. Even before I met my twin, yes I would get these really weird void feelings. Like a sad empty feeling. Melancholy is what I would call it. I never knew where it was coming from. It's a strange empty feeling. Out of nowhere. I feel it now in our seperation. Sometimes feeling happy, light and having a wonderful vibe, then in a split second I feel like crying. I had an experience before wherein I think I was crying, or that I started crying for no reason, but I realized I felt like I was crying HIS tears, feeling his heartbreak as well. It was so weird.
There are positives I see him do and we've both started to "hustle" at the same time toward things. I've seen things that have angered me and frustrated me as well. He awakened me about a year ago with his energy/soul and feeling his emotions in my dreams for 2 months straight. He still appears in them now but feel him in waking hours. I mostly feel him when I "meditate" by listening to music while driving, I feel him. We're in 5D. I feel sad and angry today so he may be picking up on that. Sometimes I don't know if it's his or my emotions. It's a difficult journey.
A handful of times as a child I would get really sad out of nowhere and sit and cry and think and ask myself (or higher self) why no one loved me ! Thank you for saying "even if you haven't met". I've known of him through dreams and felt him for years but recently I've started communicating with him telepathically but we haven't even met yet. The 1st time I felt this sadness, like someone died,but I knew it was not how I felt. Thank you for this information. I experienced 5 huge losses in the last three years. I'm not sure if my twin flame felt my pain because we're in separation, and I haven't heard from him in those three years. In 2011, we were in separation. I was in pain from having surgery for breast cancer. When we reunited again two years later, he told me he was going crazy trying to find me, because he was so worried about me. I often get heart pulpitations, heaviness in my chest and even pains in my chest. I've already gone to the hospital and my regular doctor to have tests done, but they haven't found anything medically wrong with me. Thank God! I thought I had cyclothymia which is a mild form of bipolar disorder. You get these strange waves of deep grief, depression, or melancholy but they don’t last for very long. The first time this happen I was no older than 7. I also get the opposite which is hypo mania where I feel euphoric, like nothing can stop me. It comes at random but mostly when I’m around a lot of people. I would pursue a diagnosis but I don’t fit the criteria because I’ve gone 2 months without any episodes. I always felt this was not coming from me.

Is it just me or is it normal to remember why you were sad on in a void. After it happens it's like I wake up and can't remember why I was sad. But I know I was. I feel tired and drained. After a few days I'm back to my usual self.

Before crying I will feel very heavy hearted as if I am having some very heavy emotional pain and then I used to end up crying many times. I always used to complain with my friends that am feeling like crying without any reason. It used to be very often. I never understood why I used to feel that ways. Now I don't get that crying feeling and it's all different and always get an intuition that those heavy emotional feelings are related to this journey and my instinct always goes back to all those moments now why I was feeling all that. Now I never cry. It's rare now since I got to meet my DM and realized about TF journey.
Infinity, how are you able to know this information? This is not intuitive normally. You mentioned writing a song. I just switched careers from engineering to writing songs. It is only because of the passion I feel for my twin. I don' t open open up to anyone and this is even hard for me. But this connection with her resonates as a twin flame. Even before I met my twin, yes I would get these really weird void feelings. Like a sad empty feeling. Melancholy is what I would call it. I never knew where it was coming from. It's a strange empty feeling. Out of nowhere. I feel it now in our seperation. Sometimes feeling happy, light and having a wonderful vibe, then in a split second I feel like crying. I had an experience before wherein I think I was crying, or that I started crying for no reason, but I realized I felt like I was crying HIS tears, feeling his heartbreak as well. It was so weird.
There are positives I see him do and we've both started to "hustle" at the same time toward things. I've seen things that have angered me and frustrated me as well. He awakened me about a year ago with his energy/soul and feeling his emotions in my dreams for 2 months straight. He still appears in them now but feel him in waking hours. I mostly feel him when I "meditate" by listening to music while driving, I feel him. We're in 5D. I feel sad and angry today so he may be picking up on that. Sometimes I don't know if it's his or my emotions. It's a difficult journey.

If our twin mirrors back to us what we are feeling then why did he out of the clear blue sky decide to pull away claiming he doesn’t love me, when just a week prior, we spent the best weekend. He was so loving and kind. He couldn’t stand the excitement of wanting to surprise me for my birthday with a marriage proposal. So he blurted out he was planning on proposing to me on my birthday. I was so so touched and filled with joy. Then the weekend ends and we go back to our working lives. I hadn’t heard from him in a few days but I just thought he might be having a stressful week. But a few days later still no reply to any of my sweet texts. So I call him, and instantly I felt his energy and it was cold n detached. Then I asked what’s wrong? He said well, I haven’t loved you for a long time.. I did but that changed.. I asked why did he say he was planning to propose to me if he knew he didn’t love me.. he claimed that he didn’t remember saying that or anything else about that last weekend we spent about a week and 3 days prior. So how is he reflecting my energy when I was over the moon happy until the day he said he doesn’t love me??? I’m confused and trying to stay in higher vibration energy but not having any explanation can really hurt. I know it’s not good to ignore feelings but I do try by distracting myself by doing things I like to do and staying in the present moment. So you would think being mostly happy or at least content most of the time, that he would come back and apologize and admit that he lied. But noooo. It’s been 3 months and still no sign that he is changing his heart to mirror mine. I send him light and love every night before bed and still nothing. I thought I had cyclothymia which is a mild form of bipolar disorder. You get these strange waves of deep grief, depression, or melancholy but they don’t last for very long. The first time this happen I was no older than 7. I also get the opposite which is hypo mania where I feel euphoric, like nothing can stop me. It comes at random but mostly when I’m around a lot of people. I would pursue a diagnosis but I don’t fit the criteria because I’ve gone 2 months without any episodes. I always felt this was not coming from me.

Before crying I will feel very heavy hearted as if I am having some very heavy emotional pain and then I used to end up crying many times. I always used to complain with my friends that am feeling like crying without any reason. It used to be very often. I never understood why I used to feel that ways. Now I don't get that crying feeling and it's all different and always get an intuition that those heavy emotional feelings are related to this journey and my instinct always goes back to all those moments now why I was feeling all that. Now I never cry. It's rare now since I got to meet my DM and realized about TF journey.
Infinity, how are you able to know this information? This is not intuitive normally. You mentioned writing a song. I just switched careers from engineering to writing songs. It is only because of the passion I feel for my twin. I don' t open open up to anyone and this is even hard for me. But this connection with her resonates as a twin flame. It is not logical to me but I can't deny it. I hope this is all real.
