Could you please elaborate/ explain more thoroughly how to record 4 individual tracks? It sounds like it requires a lot of setup and makes the kit a lot larger/heavier. I'm a relative noob when it comes to tech and video editing, and i try and keep things as simple as possible for recording my comedy sets at the club and in theatres. But the potential to record myself and the audience from three different angles is really appealing to me!
Ok so it’s a bit complex, what you will need is 2 3.5mm to dual xlr splitter cables The 3.5mm goes into the comics receiver and the xlr will go out into your recorder, something like a zoom h6 that takes 4 xlr inputs and will record 4 separate audio tracks.
It would be perfect for that, a bit spendy if you just need one, however, if your ever going to branch out into multi person content, or need the ability for multiple mics in the future, i'd super recommend this kit, the quality is fantastic for the price and the noise canceling is on another level in my honest opinion!
@@YoukayTV all my content is with multi, I make comedy videos, and do require multiple microphones. I was also looking at the hollyland c1, not sure if you have tried those
@@showcasechicago I have not tested that kit, I did buy a saramonic xlr interface a while back and it was a distory piece of junk though, I got it on amazon, it was removed from amazon a few weeks later on only available via ali express. I'd only really recommend DJI or Rode if budget allows, Comica a close 2nd, 7ryms and holyland third when it comes to lav mics I've tested to date! testing fifines new entry level 2 chan kit for my next vid, will see how that stacks up!

@@YoukayTVOh wow that's quite an elaborate setup, indeed!
Ps - thanks for the blazing fast reply!
Oh wow the bald guy in this video is handsome ❤❤❤ is he European ? ❤❤
Thanks, Dave.
Do you think this will be good for shorts. I need a better mic for my videos, basically something which won't cause distortion when I move around.

@@YoukayTV Have you tested the Saramonic Blink500T4 4-Channel Wireless? If so, which would you say is better?
