Do not Throw away old tool battery. How to Fix dead Drill Battery

I rebuilt my screwdriver that had been sitting idle for 4 years. The batteries in it have been dead for a long time and there is no charger. I wanted to throw it away, but decided to restore at least one battery. Thanks for watching.
