People like me can relate to her anxiety of becoming independent and it's nice seeing her conquer it. I'm currently in the same process although its not happening all at once for me. I'm still trying to get my license but COVID has stunted that process and I'm also saving money for a vehicle and I'm almost at $5000. I'm so freaking excited to be more independent but I'm also a little scared. I'm always stuck in this house with no friends to go out and do things with. Hope I get a good car with this money 🤞.

To a different city and now I've been living alone for a year and it was a great decision for me and I know you are gonna be happier every day and yeah it's great to live alone and be independent 😛😜

And when I finally joined a Crossfit class (pre-COVID) I was so proud of myself! I bought workout equipment and every time I would feel “worthless” and just icky, I would work out ❤️ it literally takes one action at a time. I hope you find that kind of momentum soon!
I teared up too! I realised how my parents held me back from being independent so much that I don't know a single thing about what it's like to be an adult. And they would never let me move or get a car, even though I'm almost 21. It's like it just hit me how stuck I am and I just couldn't help but tear up. I had literally the same situation. when lived at home I felt like a piece of 💩. I didn't want to go out or do anything at all. So I decided to move out. To a different city and now I've been living alone for a year and it was a great decision for me and I know you are gonna be happier every day and yeah it's great to live alone and be independent 😛😜

This video gives me a mix of feelings between happiness and sadness, I guess is because we are about the same age and it also gives me anxiety to seperate from what I know, and to live on another place where my family is not living. I just sometimes get feelings of "I don't want to grow up, and I want to stay with my family forever" but there are also days were I want to get my own stuff and help my family as well, and even though we don't live on the same place, we still visit each other and take care of each other. I am so proud and happy for you! This is the start of something new, and many more beautiful things are coming your way ❤

as exaggerated as this might sound, i honestly started tearing up lmao 😭 i relate a lot with kennedy especially with the anxiety and people part (but make it 50x worse 😗). and rn im 18 so i feel the pressure of finally being an “adult” and i just feel like a useless piece of shit because i don’t know crap about adulting lmao but this vid gave me a little bit of hope that maybe one day I’ll be independent and confident in myself.
I promise you it will get better and you WILL get the independence you deserve.!

Hugs! I know what you mean, for me it’s doing something I always wanted to do but have been putting it off because of anxiety and insecurities. I wanted to lose weight for years! And when I finally joined a Crossfit class (pre-COVID) I was so proud of myself! I bought workout equipment and every time I would feel “worthless” and just icky, I would work out ❤️ it literally takes one action at a time. I hope you find that kind of momentum soon!
I teared up too! I realised how my parents held me back from being independent so much that I don't know a single thing about what it's like to be an adult. And they would never let me move or get a car, even though I'm almost 21. It's like it just hit me how stuck I am and I just couldn't help but tear up. But this video does give you that hope that one day you will be able to get there too!

I've been watching Kennedy for years now, and this just seems to be the happiest she's been. I am so happy to watch her grow and make this progress. I know how scary this may have been as I also have pretty bad anxiety, but the fact that she overcame it and did what she knew was best for her, in the long run, is G R O W T H.
