I think it's easy to overlook things like these in the game, so it's always important not to assume that people know these things even if they've been playing for some time. Add-On Skills provide massive gains and it's often that people can be confused by their full grand scope and just how beneficial they all are!
Hello! I'm not sure if I would use the word "significant". It also of course depends on which add-on skill you're referring to. It'll nonetheless be impactful from 18 to 20, but I wouldn't likely say, "significant". It's kind of one of those situations where it just depends on what type of player you are. On if you like to prioritize those small min-max type gains. Also at the same time just depends on what your resources look like. On if there's other add-on skills that would benefit the grand image better that you could use an n-master cube roll on, then come back to the level 18 later on. etc etc. But ultimately, level 18 to 20 isn't nearly as "significant" as a 15-20 would be, naturally.
