That's an awful lot of text to ask "A girl that I like at my job isn't replying to my LINE texts. What do?". No wonder she called it cringe.
I mean the fact that he went to a vtuber of all things for a love consultation, really says a lot about this 31-year-old. Otakus are not known for their self-awareness, so they need an extrovert (Matsuri in this case) to give it to them straight.
Matsuri actually has a pretty good reputation on giving straightforward and useful love advice. She's done a dedicated love advice stream with Hoshikawa, for example. The way the guy keeps mentioning boobs, though, it was probably at least half in jest, though.

I really appreciated that she mentioned he might just be really cringe at texting. If nothing else, that's something that a dude who's half-joking or ego-crushed can probably accept.
The truth is harsh but I'm glad Matsuri told it to him straight. I don't think he had any bad intentions, but his marshmallow really sounded cringy, especially when he talked about her oppai. I hope he eventually learns to dial that down and can find someone who likes him back, because his junior definitely isn't into him

There will be disagreements in a relationships, and at best there will be some awkwardness at work. At worse, social exclusion and possibly getting fired because of accusations, be it true or false.
Depends... sometimes it's the best place. That's how I met my wife lol. We have 3 kids, happily married for 15 years. When it is not ok is when someone can't take a hint or one's the other's boss. On the later if the mutual attraction is blatant & they want to be together then a discussion must be had with higher ups to move the one in the subordinate position laterally or they need to find a different job. If not it can cause lots of serious issues including favoritism.
I'm glad she didn't really pull her punches and gave it straight, lol.

I feel sorry for that girl. She doesn't want to indulge the creepy boss but that's her superior at work. Hopefully the guy is just bad at socializing, and won't abuse his authority.

well I like to make things simple instead of making assumptions. So my advice, just let her know you're interested. But the main thing is to let her feel fine to reject, and be professional at work, dont be petty if you got rejected. Even if you got rejected, at least you can move on. No regret.
Also you might feel brave to reveal your oppai fetish because its Matsuri or just joking, but please, dont be so direct about your preference to someone you're not close to. You cant control what youre attracted to, but you can control how you express it. Its just socially expected not to reveal this kinda thing unless you're a couple/married.
