Love this no-nonsense approach to showing your bush flying. The filming and presenting is stunning and direct. Thanks for letting us see glimpses of what the flying is all about - the people.
Amazing job you are doing! Must mean so very much for the people in the small isolated remote villages with this transports. I wish you the very best an a Happy New Year! 😀
I bet you are more appreciated by these people than any boss you could ever work for. You are the lifeline. And to be appreciated is worth more than money.
That must be an exhilarating when you lift off and all of a sudden the land just drops. Such a lovely village and seemed like a postage stamp when you were landing. Great talent to do that. I throughly enjoy your videos. 🙏
Thanks for a wonderful video with great angles and different perspectives of the landing, take off etc. Wonderful to see the people so happy. I know that I will never be able to have an experience like this, and I thank you for the opportunity to at least see the beautiful country and the majestic terrain. Top stuff. Happy New Year.
I really enjoyed this video, thank you very much. I used to work for a company called National Utility Helicopters. This was in the early 1970s, back in the days of the Cargo Cult. I even worked out of Sorong for a while. It's very interesting to see how things have changed over the years. It's so very different now.
easy on the eyes and easy to watch and very beautiful terrain. love to go there and photograph. enjoying your vids mate, thanks. Love the dude in the back...his face beaming with enjoyment! And any job where you bring so much happiness and joy to people is a job to keep!
Beautiful video. I love the baby with the clic-clack balls, it reminds me of my childhood and how much I hurt myself to learn. Happy New Year to allof you my frends
God bless you for what you do I see you enjoy doing this service for humanity and especially the kids as well. Really enjoy your videos. Am from Ghana. Maybe I could host you on your holidays one-day with my family

Man you have my dream job. Helping people in inaccessible places Seeing how happy they were brought me to tears of happiness. If my life made a right instead of a left, I may be in your shoes. Fly Safe
Papua island the best southeast, because view mountain, forest or jungle amzing you don't found like this in Singapore and Malaysia country. The best island and natural. The papua piople is humble. Very nice. God bless you all. Merry chrismas for papua piople 🙏🙏
Talk about rugged country! And then there is the Owen Stanley Mountains, the spine that runs just about the entire length of the island.. Ever fly into Port Moresby?
@@APilotsHome Hey! Thanks for the reply! Looking at that wild terrain, I was reminded of the Japanese effort to march an army across the PNG to assault Port Moresby. The poor devils never stood a chance, dying to a man. BTW, I also have a pilot license and I'm always looking for a nice open field for a dead-stick landing in case of engine failure. But, no such luck over that landscape - maybe a belly flop in a streambed?
I really love your kind of humanitarian work,is it possible to come work with you? am aviation enthusiast living in Kenya with lots of interest in missionary aviation help since childhood.
very good landing indeed, not many of us are even close to understand how good it is. Besides, what's your MFD? PFD seems to be from G1000 stack, but MFD makes me wonder...
And from Nz. A huge thank you for what you're doing for these people. Love your videos. Those air strips are like the landing strips we have on the Nz farms...generally just used for a top dressing (crop dusting) base. Just curious, is it possible to fence off the strip to keep out stray pigs etc. Or does a flyover scare them off.
Hey Bryan! I flew a little in the southern island of NZ and I know the kind of strips you're talking about. They are similar indeed. The battle with pigs is endless... Some villages put fences up but some don't. It's either lack of resources or laziness. Or they just don't maintain the fences. Thanks for you comment 🙏
@@APilotsHome I was subbed with a pilot flying for Susi Air. But had to make room for another channel. Think he (Matt) was up in the Indonesian part of PNG. But many times he did a go around, because of pigs on the strips. Haha. I see pigs, I think bacon and eggs. That's the hunter in me coming out. Again many thanks.
How did you get this job? Must have been a hell of a journey. Love from a Pole who studies aerospace in the Netherlands! Nevermind, just saw your linked in page. Wish you a happy new year.

Love the multi angle shots are great.
Glad you like them!
PK-RCS, long time does not see in MKW or SOQ
10:11, guess people are the same all over the place as this reminds me of people standing on the beach at St. Maarten when planes take off.
They all share the same feeling!
Epic! Onwards and upwards!
Thank you mana😘
Amazing! Love this !

Hey James! Indeed it's a rugged country! Unforgiving terrain. I haven't been in PNG side yet. Our operations are on the Indonesian side only. Cheers!

the videos are so visually pleasing. I have a cessna 150 with 160hp and Stol. It would be perfect for that runway!
I'd call your 150 a Hot Rod with wings 🤩 you'd definitely have fun with her around these parts!
i'm curious, are electricity available there?thanks. You are doing great works on papuan transportation, god bless and merry xmas.
Thanks for you comment 🙏 they only have electricity powered by generator. I also fly the fuel in.
Bah dimana2 ada lato2 doonk anjir hahaha

I do like this tailview! It is a little bit like launching a rocket to moon...

Just curious. Why not go to more of a "Tundra Tire" to offer even more cushion & traction?
Very nice, well done and very coool (love all the different angles) 👍👍
Thanks a lot!
I was afraid by the overshooting and going around between the mountains.
Wouldn't mind living in the village away from the hustle and useless of modern society and back to simplicity.. great flying !!
I totally agree! Thanks so much for your comment!!
@@APilotsHome u r welcome from Canada
Looks like they have a CMA Church on top of that mountain
Is that brake fluid or rudder power steering fluid?
On top of the rudder controls is brake fluid 👌
how much they paid for the airrplane charter?
