    especially when those governments were elected by the local population and have been efficient in delivering what they were elected for. Indeed. Instead of pointing fingers i believe other african leaders should take note on the deep meaning of politics. which is to serve your people and not your pockets.

    About EAC integration. Why is leadership/political union 4th on the list? Learning from Rwanda. We see that good leadership brings about stable integration and continuity.
    Maybe leadership should be prioritized. It already is, to a degree just to direct the other steps but I think it should be even more valued.
