Where we direct energy is our choice. I love the way you explain Awareness and being a witness to the reality that is yet to unfold! Keep it up my friend!
Your mic recording is peaking and causing the audio to crackle and break. Here’s how to fix it: 1. Adjust the Recording Volume: Turn down the recording volume to ensure your audio doesn’t clip. 2. Position the Mic Correctly: Move the mic closer to your mouth, but make sure to avoid direct airflow from your mouth or nostrils to prevent audio pops. (The current lav mic position isn't bad tho.) 3. Monitor Peak Levels: Keep the audio levels at or below -6 dB, but try to get as close to -6 dB as possible without exceeding it. Following these steps will reduce sound distortion from peaking and minimize room echo in your recordings.
I’m curious how you think each of the steps (acceptance, witness, etc.) align with the structure of the model (past, present, etc.). Here are my initial thoughts: [Gratitude] is the key to [Letting Go] 1. [Accept] the [Past] 2. [Witness] the [Present] 3. Become [Aware] of the [Future] 4. [Create] from [Consciousness] Practice [Gratitude] to master the art of [Letting Go]. [Accept] the [Past] by [Witnessing] your reaction in the [Present] moment. This will give you deeper [Awareness] for how you can respond in the [Future] so you can become a [Conscious] [Creator]. I feel these could shift around a lot. I’m curious how other would arrange these words in a statement that works for them. I’ll actually be using this in my business, so thanks for sharing! I think this is the essence/ meaning of life, so I’d love to see you come back to this topic in the future if it makes sense with your schedule. Grateful for what you do. 😎
