im actually lowkey so overwhelmed with all the hsr content. as a genshin player whos used to just logging in, doing commissions and resin, and maybe an event, its crazy how much stuff to do there is. i still havent perfected my kafka burn comp yet, and i also have a level 70 huohuo whos waiting to be built. im also pulling for ruan mei and sparkle, but its honestly overwhelming with how much i have to do, esp with simulated universe, exploration, the long ass events that take 2 years to complete, and the quests tha have been stacking up in my log for weeks.
Not to mention that star rail character building isnt as good as genshin's . The resources we get in star rail are significantly less, and even farming those said resources its not even half the amount you get in genshin. I think if they added condensed trail blaze energy like condensed resin in genshin would be soo helpful. We barely get any fodder for relics!
@@moonawilks8240character ascension feels a lot better in hsr imo (boss drops and specialties in genshin is pain) And I feel like I have similar fodder in hsr than in genshin, if not more in hsr because you get 4* relics instead of 3* at TL65 or whatever it is Might just be me, but I feel like farming in HSR feels a lot better than genshin (might also be because I don’t hit any cooldowns in general in hsr than boss cd/local specialty respawn in genshin
Yup.. it's overwhelming.. I started my ftp account on the later half of fuxuan banner and it's tough to keep up with the character building. I almost never farmed relics and still going by on bare minimum to function and am still in the process of taking my char traces/lc/levels up by a decent amount before I get started on relic farming
I would recommend Argenti to anyone who can afford it. He has the highest ceiling in terms of damage and future energy buffers will enable him even more.
Argenti is super fun 100% his damage is nothing to look over it’s just with how many enablers or full on supports coming out its hard to prioritize him
@@REHOO I get it, in terms of team comps Argenti is very unflexible. You have to put him in a team made up of Bronya, HuoHuo and Tingyun to get the most out of him, basicly the best supports right now. This diminishes his value a lot.

I think i heard they plan to expand the friend support system which would be amazing if we have the on general slot (like now) plus one pick for each element or path. There is never "too many" options, just the right tool for the job.

Getting both SW and ratio is definitely possible, but I wouldn’t really recommend it because you might get unlucky and lose 50/50 (and then it’s gonna be pretty hard to farm jade if you’re endgame) Ratio only needs 2-3 debuffs from the team if I remember correctly, so welt, pela and others can do SW’s job

Too much stress over “Oh you should get this, but actually you should get this instead of the first thing I said” Not directed at anyone in general, but pick a goddamn lane when you’re recommending characters, cuz some of us don’t have infinite money to get everything in the game. Point is I am considering just going for the Blade rerun cuz I don’t wanna keep on stressing over all these meta support characters.

You are right. Too many options. So many sales rept. will confuse you and make you gacha on character that you never need or like. Leaving you in full regret mode. So it is best to make target and put your fav character on the phone wallpaper. So you will remind yourself that what you need is that one. I will not go for 4 star limited character as target because they will show up again on next banner. Just look at tingyun and lynx. So the priority is 5 star character. No pressure to gacha on character banner that you never like. Just wait for about a week to see reviews and especially cn community buzz. Then, look for more leaks for new character. Dr ratio get nerf so again. Wait and see. Until final form with detail informations about black swan, acheron, sparkle, aventurine, and sam. Then, I will make gacha smack mode.
Dr. Ratio wasn't nerfed. His kit became less RNG focused. He's now more consistent and no longer needs as many Debuffs to guarantee a follow-up. As well as being easier to build because the self buff he gives isn't random anymore it'll specifically be crit rate and crit damage.
i definitely do not need another harmony considering ive already built asta, tingyun, and bronya and am gonna get sparkle, but shes very pretty and her animations are gorgeous and i dont have an ice chracter so basically

If you're asking whether or not you're guaranteed the signature lightcone on Blade's banner when it comes back around then I think that entirely depends on you holding off on making any pulls until he returns lol

Clara and Ruan Mei have Anti-synergy since Ruan Mei keeps the enemies broken for an extra turn which means Clara gets hit less often which equals less damage for Clara. Of course you could still do it since Ruan Mei also buffs a lot but as a Clara main (with Topaz as well) I’m personally skipping

@@andra145 Well honestly, it’s up to who you want I heard Luocha is getting a rerun in 2.0 but I’m not 100% sure. If he is, he’s so good with Clara, especially because every follow up attack heals and she almost becomes immortal with him. If you like Ruan Mei, you can still go for her since she sounds like she’ll still be really good for Dr. Ratio and Welt. Blade and Kafka you should only pull if you want them since Blade is a damage dealer and Kafka is to enable only DOT teams. Sparkle is another support in 2.0 if you want to take a look at another harmony 5 star. I’m not sure if she synergizes particular well with Clara either now that I think about it (I won’t discuss leaks if you don’t want them) buuut I think she’d also work okay with Dr. Ratio Hope all of this at least helps a little, and happy Clara maining!

Why people are skipping her? 2.0 is still far so why rush,after getting her you might maybe skip dr.ratio's banner and start saving for Black Swan or Sparckle
Black swan doesn't seem to have much synergy with kafka. Yes, she is a DoT unit, but she doesn't just apply wind shear with her skills, she applies her own special debuff that kafka can't proc with her skill. Black swan would probably be best with someone like sampo or guinaifen for the vulnerability debuffs, plus a harmony unit like tingyun or ruan mei.
I might skip cuz I want to pull for Sparkle, Acheron and Jingliu rerun (couldn't get her the 1st time cuz i pulled for fu xuan and e2 dhil) imma go for her lc too
You must be ready to invest in Kafka, she's amazing but her damage depends on her investment AND her teammates investment. If you're not ready to build 3 characters just for her she's going to feel very mid.

Ehhh characters get changed in the beta all the time. We know the gist usually but they can end up having a lot of differences in their old vs new kit. I mean ruan mei is already an example of that
Overall concept never changed. They can make changes here and there but the idea stays always the same or very close to that. Ruan Mei from June doesn't changed much. it's still about spd and weakness break efficiency. That was the core, everything else doesn't matter.

For most of non sw havers : pull SW if you want to main Veritas, if no pull ruan mei and if you are DHIL main pull sparkle skipping ruan mei and swan

Overall concept never changed. They can make changes here and there but the idea stays always the same or very close to that. Ruan Mei from June doesn't changed much. it's still about spd and weakness break efficiency. That was the core, everything else doesn't matter.
@@kuruzaru that's why I said we know the gist of their character but can still end up wildly different in terms of power and utility from what we've seen in their old kit. Ruan Mei always had the same concept yes but they changed a lot in her kit to make her way more broken than she previously was
