I remember seeing this on your IG. He was really KO'd with that if i'm not mistaken.
How I wish sparring in my area is like this. Its more on survival here.
same day sparring... 2 knock down...😮
Hello everyone, I want to say that I really appreciate the work done in the channel, I think it is one of the best around.
That said, I would have a slightly off topic question with the video, but I think this is the best place to get some advice from someone more experienced than me.
For about 3/4 months I have integrated in my programming a cardio program consisting of 3.5 km of running medium intensity / low and 3.5 km divided into 10 sprints of 10 seconds, despite this but I noticed that my endurance and my breath to padwork , in sparring and also in matches remained unchanged, indeed it has even dropped in some ways and also my back pain, hip and ankles are worse (I suffer already for years but with the race are worse still), I thought to change routine and do 2/2,5 km of running at an average speed and another 2 km made by 5 sprints of 15 seconds each and do a bag workout of 5 rounds for 3 minutes quite intense
Can it be a good idea to improve at the level of cardio and breath or better to continue with running ?
Thank you very much
(Sorry for my English)
I’m not really an expert but maybe your breathing technique when hitting the pads/sparring isn’t good. Are you having enough rest days?
@@QASSHE now I train 5 times a week so I have 2 days of rest, unfortunately having school, study and training late in the evening I don't actually rest very much but if I want to compete I think that 5 days is the minimum, but the fact is that I have spent a lot of time training 4/5 times a week and feeling normal while now I feel increasingly short of breath, especially on very intense efforts of short duration.
(P.s i I think my breathing technique is quite good, it has never given me problems, in fact I was always one of the most resistant to breathing and quick in recovery, so I don't know where I'm wrong)
Go for walks in the morning. Your cardio seems good to me. Also, you should train higher some days, and lower activity the next. Reduce number of sprints to 6-8. Take it easy.
Beautiful neck kick
Wow I never saw this session. Is it new?
What a vibe
Come on Craig! 😂😂😂😂😂
Coach, they don't even know 😂
