    Thanks for posting this excellent video. I’m trying to figure out why I have leaking from my diaphragm (around several bolts) cover on an rp40 backflow preventer. Perhaps my cover is warped or it is something internal. You’ve given me some great ideas to check on. Thanks again for taking the time to post

      Nathan, I have never seen or heard of the relief valve cover warping on the RP40. I suppose it could happen. I would be interested in some photos of where it is leaking from or even a video. Call me at 801-355-6736 if you want to talk about it. Wonder if you have other damage as well if you have a warped cover.

      I took off the cover and cleaned off the diaphragm and the relief valve and after reassembling the leak completely resolved. Thanks again got your detailed video. Very nice!
