This makes me want to burn Paris Cafe and Lavender Marshmallow together to create my own blend and see how they do! It seems like it has the potential to be amazing. I just hope the Paris Cafe doesn’t overpower LM!
Thank you for posting this review and confirming my suspicions. I started burning this last night and thought it was basically LM with an added sweetness, so wish this had a stronger coffee/espresso note. I love LM and I'll stock up because I love the scent, but wish they would bring back Lavender Cacoa.
Mine is burning flawlessly. 3rd burn and my wax is still pristine. The coffee note does get lost when burning and it just rounds out the candle instead of being a prominent scent note. I was missing and absolutely love Lavender Marshmallow so I'm not mad at it. ❤

i love this candle and bought a couple! I like Lavender Marshmallow too and find pink lavender and espresso is a softer lavender and the light espresso adds a great touch. I find the two to be perhaps cousins but I detect more differences than you do I guess. You do need to keep the wicks shorter because flames can get high and it can soot if you do not keep trimmed. I get a 7 throw on my batch
I looove this candle. Paris cafe is one of my favs and had to smell this one. You are correct the coffee note is not as strong but I think I like this one for the mixture. I had to get back ups ended up with 5 more. 😂
Thanks, Kent, for your honest & indepth review. I really get your point! I truly love Lavender Marshmallow as a separate candle, per se. But once the coffee element is added, not only do I expect it to be present & balanced. However, as a coffee lover, I'd be disappointed if it's not a little more dominant...!!! At the same time, it's clear to me that I'd like to buy at least 2-3 jars... 😉 (For immediate burn & for collecting purposes... ❤️)
I am also confused about the spelling of carmel for caramel. I can't remember which candle that I saw this about, but there is another release soon where the word is also spelled this way. I can envision no circumstance where this would be correct! Lol I know some people pronounce it that way, but the spelling is always caramel with an 'a' in the middle. Strange!
(sigh, yeah)…I was so hoping for a repackage of Paris Café Bouquet or the Lavender Cacao candle from a few years ago. I think the LC fragrance would be perfect for the annual Happy Easter candle! Great review, Kent, thanks 🙂
Maybe burning Lavender Marshmallow/Paris Lavender Macaron with Paris Cafe or Espresso Bar would be a better result. I only bought two Paris Cafe Bouquet candles and burned through one. Which I’d gotten more. I’ll stick pick this up and try it. Kind of what I expected, tbh. Thanks for sharing.
I like lavender in all it's iterations so I am supposing I should definitely give it the sniff test but I am a no coffee scent type of person. It actually makes me nauseous like some people say that a scent will give them headaches. I can bear here and there with a waft of a coffee scent so the sniff test will ensure that I like it before I buy it. It's for a small bedroom so sounds like the throw might work well enough without being too much...must wait until sas is over though but thank you for the review on it.
I saw this and was like what...? And then the downfall. Expresso notes get put in supposedly but yet we can't smell them. Why is it that these candle companies can keep putting candles out ,that barely have a throw, and performances are more problematic than what they should be. But yet they have no problem, Taking 15 to 30 a candle from us the buyers. It just seems a lil more quality would go along way. It's not going to hurt them to put a lil more fragrance in their candles. I mean they keep raising prices anyway. And also we need more test stores. Most of the time my local store barely see's too many of the new new. And if they get them in there are limited quantity.But I will stay hopeful for the New Year ...!!!
@@alyssabird720 I've tried that candle a few times the further down I smelled a lil lavender coming out in it. But overall I could not pick up the smell of the candle . And the room I was burning it in is smaller. So if I couldn't smell it there I knew it was not going to throw in a open floor plan in my downstairs. But this one has the potential to be a great candle ,I just think it needs a lil more throw of the fragrance.

Interesting. Every time I smell the coffee and caramel in this pretty well. I smell a soft marshmallow sweetness with an undertone of the espresso.

And very very light marshmallow lavender stronger than this candle
