He was in Toronto recently on the Canadian portion of his "Hello Love" tour and Cheryl Weber sits down with him to chat about his songs crossing denominational and age boundaries, the new church he's planting in Atlanta and how he keeps worship fresh night after night.

Refreshing! Psalms says to Sing a 'New Song' to the Lord! We're sometimes so stuck on the old formal songs that traditionalists cannot accept anything 'Different'! But Reverence must characterize our Joy! Wonderful!!!

chris just writes from comes from within him and he seeks the holy spirit so that is what comes out of him its just that simple the flow is the spirit we are seeking and it happens so chris is our aware of this spirit god
Awesome interview and we're blessed to have Tomlin's music to help us worship God. One thing though since he is trying to be Biblical in his songs, no where in the Bible do angels sing. They "say" to one another holy holy holy, etc. In the Greek it is "say", it has been poorly translated to English in some versions as "sing" and that's what became popular in culture. Anyways just had to testify to the truth of scripture thanks for posting.
