Hi Pro Gamer I am currently at level 15 in this game and can't work out how to upgrade the zoo entrance for the Mayors lofty inspirations quest. I have watched and read everything I could find tapped all around the entrance and still have no clue ...please help!

GO TO THE ENTRANCE AND PRESS THE ARROW
