    I literately at this skate park (in Austin) this morning learning how to skate the bowl. I was hoping there was a video out there giving some good techniques. CRAZY that the video I was looking for is of the exact bowl I was skating! haha

    Great video, great inspiration! Can I ask you how tall are you and what deck size and wheelbase do you use? I have a powell peralta 30'' x 10'' with a 15.75" wb but sometimes I think a longer deck and a longer wheelbase would be better 🤔
    Thanks a lot for sharing your videos.

      NSI Skateboarding [Justin Lauria] Hi Justin, can you give me some tips on the timing of this pumping in a bowl ,for me is not working so well, on the others in pumptrack it so easy ,why that?

    The looking thing totally makes sense. I was riding a snake bowl did the first time yesterday, and I kept stalling at the turn around part because I was looking straight ahead instead of towards the other end of the turn 🙈

  • @HKSnowrider

    Hello love your video, I have always struggled to generate speed at the bowl corners, do you simply straighthen your legs while you pump at the corners?

    • @HKSnowrider
      @HKSnowrider 6 лет назад +1

      My interpretation:
      Corner entry: extend legs, unweight the board
      Corner exit: bend legs, add weight to the board
      Correct me if I misunderstood that, thx

      Stomp as hard as you can, lean forward, wear a helmet. Something that helps is going like oh I have a helmet I’ll be fine, plus falling down it doesn’t hurt too much

    When you go around the corner you actually lose momentum since momentum is a vector. You gain speed tho. 😉sorry for being pedantic
