Problem is this type of movie isn't 'allowed' anymore. The 'bad girl' archetype isn't really allowed anymore.
For me you just have to hold the girl to the same standards as a 'bad boy' type. So takes what she wants (objects, sex, drugs, alcohol, etc), isn't afraid to piss people of or get into fights, very in shape, dresses provocatively and/or cool (leather jackets, piercings,tattoos, skinny jeans, etc), is a generally bad influence on others, uses people and is extremely arrogant and (not necessarily mean) a bit of an asshole.
Portraying women in this way is pretty much 'faux pas' at the moment while portraying guys this way is still allowed. Guys are allowed to be assholes (portraying them as too heroic is starting to get considered sexist by some people) while girls have to either be perfect or have a good reason for their actions. It's sad because these type of girls once represented feminism, since they claimed equality to men. But nowadays it's not about equality anymore, just forcing inequality wherever possible as long as it benefits either the social norm or women.
Hopefully smaller studios can ignore that meester up culture an create a few of these type of movies tough...

There are way to little of these movies, especially when compared to the crazy amount of bad boy - good girl movies (basically every romantic story). The only exception that stuck with me (not not his list) was ten things I hate about you, which basically told two love stories between a bad girl and bad boy and a good girl and good boy (while also establishing it's 'bad' main characters as actually pretty 'good' and it's 'good' characters as also a bit 'bad').

The next karate kid with Hilary Swank kind of fits this category. It’s teenage based and contains a bit of romance. People thought it was crappy but I liked it.

You all can fight me on this one, but I don’t think Pretty Woman is a good boy/bad girl movie. Like I get the whole prostitute thing, but Vivian (Robert’s character) is so fundamentally good and innocent, that I can’t possibly see her as a bad girl🤷🏻♀️
