Ingredients:
1/2 tuber of Yam
1 egg
2 medium carrots (chopped)
1 red onion (chopped)
1 scallion/Spring onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
200 gr plain flour
200 gr breadcrumbs
Enough oil for deep frying (about 1L)
