Jane's Fighters Anthology Vietnam Campaign

Here's 21 missions but I didn't finish because it wiped my progress when I hit escape.
It doesn't look like much but I really felt like I was there due to the AI behaving accurately. MIGs will stalk your tail, fly in barrels, hide in clouds, and out turn you. You need to constantly scan the radar and RWR, missiles need to be fired in salvos because they're rubbish, and some aircraft don't have cannons leading to scrubbed missions if you face too much opposition.

I just remember one thing from those Vietnam missions.... Sam's everywhere. Like 10 times the amount of SAMs that should be there.

It was the immersion that did it for me. The flight sim itself certainly wasnt the best, but that immersion.
Countless hours i spent on this one and a few other Jane's sims.

compared to DCS this wins every time, the immersion is real, even as an old game in 2023, what a sad situation with sim development today.. lots of full fidelity nonsense non of the immersion, campaign and feel
